Went for mother's Day food was delicious our waitress estefania did a great job and the bar staff were amazing
The sausage and peppers appetizer is amazing. The service is great.
The food is always good here. Our first time for brunch. It was amazing, I will say some of the food didn't look as appetizing as it should. But given their track record on how their food taste even that food tasted amazing. Staff very accomdating. The view is good as well.
Worst place ever. The food was so nasty and overpriced, then they surcharged my bill! The chef Frank is very rude and isnât really a people person , I think heâs also the owner! Save your money and stomach never ever eat here
Took my grandmother for her 90th birthday dinner. She dropped her drink and spilled it on her coat, pants, and broke glass on the floor. The staff were so warm, caring, and quick to get real towels, re-seat us away from the broken glass, and made us feel like family while doing it.
Oh, and I didnât like my cocktail and asked for a different one. No sweat, loved the new drink they gave me.
Go there during winter! Itâs cozy.
Natalie is a phenomenal bartender we had a blast with her and her service was immaculate she even stayed late to continue taking care of us. Food was great she even put special music on for us that we requested. Will definitely be back to see Natalie!
The Emerald Green at Lost Marsh is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, youâre greeted with a warm atmosphere and a stunning view of the Chicago skyline. The restaurant perfectly blends elegance and comfort, making it a great spot for a casual meal or a special event. The food is incredibleâeverything is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Their cocktails are just as impressive, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that every visit feels special. Whether youâre here for dinner, a wedding, or a corporate event, The Emerald Green delivers an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend checking it out!
Excellent handcrafted entrees. Very reasonably priced
Our company hosted there holiday party here. The atmosphere was top notch. The food was good. The drinks were affordable. The host in charge of our party was on top of everything. We had a great time! I highly recommend . Hidden gem for sure!

It was empty and super quiet when my family and I went there on a Saturday morning, but I don't know why that would be. The place itself was gorgeous. It reminded me of Frank Lloyd Wright's houses with the geometric designs. And the food was delicious. Everyone in my family loved their dishes. Their cannoli cake cannot be passed up! It was the best cannoli cake I have ever tried!
The food was delicious and drinks.
This is a hidden gem in the Whiting/Robertsdale area. The food is very high quality at reasonable prices. Very quite cozy atmosphere, and our server GiGi was super sweet and very helpful. This is now my go-to restaurant when I am back in the region! You should make it yours!!
Review of the events department: âWhat would Mister Rogers do?â I ask in my Event Design business, being kind and professional to venues and clients alike. Iâve done over 700 weddings and fund-raisers in northwest Indianaâs finest venues, with amazing owners. While Lost Marsh Country Club has the best banquet food ever, I offer this one star review because of the rude owner...wondering what Mister Rogers would do with this owner⌠Reasons include: Telling me he âDoesnât work with party planners. Iâm sorry, but thatâs all you are. And youâre not the one who gets me my money.â I was coordinating a fundraiser for a non-profit organization in Lake County. He âDoesnât care about charity. Iâm a business owner, here to make money.â As a result, my clientâs food was ordered based on an estimated headcount that was several months oldâŚbigger than what they needed by the time I called at the 2week deadline. I called the manager 3 times in the 2 weeks before the event, and she never called me back. She told the Executive Director she wouldnât have laid the table runners if I were the one to drop them off at the venue because they didnât want to work with me. She allowed her staff to take our centerpieces out of the room prior to our guests being able to take them, and (according to my client) âdecorated their restaurant with them.â When I asked the banquet manager to please return the centerpieces for our guests, and that the staff could absolutely have some too because there were plenty, her response was, âThatâs fine Jenny, we donât want your flowers.â These incidents (and SEVERAL OTHERS) couldâve been avoided with one ten minute vendor phone call and a copy of the client contract. 100% of venues off me a copy of the BEO (Banquet Event Order) so we can compare back- of-the-house notes with front-of-the-house notes. I was told by this venue that they wouldnât share their notes with me because I wasnât on the contract. Result: a very inflated bill, unfortunately, for this non-profit agency. A 3 ½ hour event with a family style meal and 3 hour bar for less than 80 people, walked away with MUCH less money. So if youâre planning a fundraiser, or a wedding, the owner wonât work with your coordinator. Weâre just party planners, and we donât make him his money. We loved the pet friendly environment that Emerald Green provided. The food was amazing and our waitress, Gianna, was personable and attentive. Great service all around.
