The night crew at this location do not car about their jobs I’ve been here only a few times at night and every single time I get food for my family and I they forget something and I either drive away before checking or I check and say something and when I do they give me attitude no matter the person in the window. I’m a young man working a part time job that deals with customers and I understand I can be tiring but it’s no excuse to at least make sure you’re getting orders correct.

Went to the Wendy's on 165th in Hammond on 11-17-2025 .The drive thru line had 8 cars in it so I went inside .This place smelled like dirty mop water.I told the cashier it smells in here,she just looked at me and said may I take your order. I said y'all need to do something about that smell .I won't be back there again .

I been in drive thru for 20 minutes for 2 biggie bags and I had a free fries with the order, when I got home they didn’t put the fries in the bag.

Stars are for day crew. PM crew on 8/20/25 you need to do betterrrr, get off your phones making guest watch and wait for you to take our payment/hand over food. I’m no Karen but I work in hospitality as well and yalls customer service is lacking. Girl in out window was looking and talking to me like i was there 1 minute before closing, had me double check google just to see they close at 2 AM. it was 9:30 PM. 👎

Love this place. Now they came out with $1.00 biscuit sandwiches with sausage, egg and cheese or bacon ,egg and cheese. And let's not forget the chicken biscuit also. Ate here before this and will continue but just want to say thank you for doing this value sandwich menu.

It's ashame I can't give minuses. I have a card for a free combo meal of any size FROM WENDY'S.
And I go to use it and that Wendy's said that they DO NOT EXCEPT THAT. It's from Wendy's and I can't use it at there Wendy's.

Went here for the new frosty they have. I got the strawberry swirl. It wasn't appealing or tasty at all. Then as I was sitting there a employee was playing around with a child who has been there for quite awhile as I seen a blanket and other items. As I look around the lobby it was nasty... tables dirty the floor had stuff all over.This same employee then goes behind the counter starts being obnoxious popping a bag twice of some sort and the manager did nothing. Please do better. It's a shame to see this place run down.

They are supposed to take drive thru orders under 3 seconds from the time you get to the intercom to order food according to a sign I read on their first window as I was waiting for my food. I was on hold for them to take my order for over 5 minutes. I saw a couple of cars behind me leaving. The food temperature was lukewarm and did not taste fresh. Please do better.

My son bought dinner for us tonight. The food was HORRIBLE and cold!!! Please close this RESTAURANT down for good!!! It sucks, they cannot get an order right!!! I want to give you a 0 for everything!!!

gave us the wrong food but it was quickly exchange with the correct order friendly service alot of missing beverages in the fountain drink machine give the cleanliness a 7/10 a bit of a wait for the food as well
