I placed an order for 9 items. I pulled over to check my order and only had 8. I was missing an item and went inside to get my missing chicken sandwich. I couldn't tell if regular or spicy was missing, since I ordered both and they are not labeled. The manager was at the drive thru window and he was the one who handed me my food. He stood by the drive thru area and told me I got all my food in a rude tone. Not once did he ever come to the counter. I said that I was missing a chicken sandwich and all he could say is what are you missing? I said a chicken sandwich but I didn't know which kind. A woman came to the counter to actually help figure this out. The manager stayed by the drive thru. They looked up the order and we went through the bag and I was given the missing sandwich. I actually said "I don't understand why we are being talked to like this over a missing item." I refuse to be talked to this way so I will not be returning.

I am attaching photos of what the food looked like when we got home to eat our cold food.
It doesn't look very appetizing and only 1 chicken sandwich has tomatoes. I ordered multiple of the same items and none look the same. Awful store experience. Never will be going here again. No wonder the drivethru is empty, order wrong, missing items, food looks unappetizing, and management using a rude tone with customers instead of being professional.

If I could give half a star I would! Asked for sauce on my chicken wrap, and apparently it over loaded their brain cells as I was told they couldn’t do that, yet they have a ghost pepper sandwich. Then the guy at the window proceeded to tell me go to Burger King for that. Sorry that putting sauce on a wrap is equivalent to building a nuclear bomb😂.

Breakfast and lunch have always been decent, but night time is where they become a mess. Horrible service after 6pm. Rude and dirty, and food is never fresh despite having to wait a long time for it. It's crazy how literally night and day their night and day shift are. Lunch here is fresh, quick, clean and cheerful polite workers.

Big Chungus went to Wendy’s drive-through for a carrot burger. Wendy’s tells big Chungus they don’t have carrot burger only beef big Chungus tried beef burger, big Chungus farted so loud the car exploded. No big Chungus wants only carrots so buy more carrots Wendy’s thank you

Gloria served us in the drive thru. She had great energy and was welcoming. She made my morning better. Thank you for the experience.

The egg sandwhich was okay. Did not really stand out. Potatoes wedges were good as usual but I noticed they were thinner than I remember. Is this new or was this based on this location, or based on this chef? Not really sure.

My husband just brought our food home and it was all cold and the order was missing food but they didn't give him a receipt so can't do anything about it, and it was the manager who did it WOW is all I can say. We won't be going back there again
