around late evening went to wendy's located on kennedy avenue near the welcome center and can honestly say they have the most friendly, doting and very efficient staff, they all work as a team and are a joy to speak to and the manager runs a good crew, 11/2/2025, evening shift, and are very impressive and to the owners of this particular wendy's which is our favorite having a crew like this is so refreshing and makes customers return and of course the food was prepared perfectly

We went to the restroom before ordering. The floor on the way there and the whole bathroom was filthy! I didn't want to order anything there after seeing that! Who knows what the kitchen looked like!

This Wendy’s location was one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever been to. The floor was greasy, ceiling tiles stained, and some seats were broken or filthy. The bathrooms were not maintained. Can only imagine the kitchen. Even though prices are standard for fast food, the lack of cleanliness made it feel like a waste of money. Would not recommend until management takes care of these issues.

Traveling through, left the Interstate to use the restroom. We decided to eat as well once we saw the Wendy’s. I have never seen a Wendy’s so dirty and rundown as this one. The staff was friendly but did get our order wrong and it is obvious that they don’t have enough time to clean. The restroom was disgusting, the floors felt oily, and those vents of my photos, super dirty. Come on Wendy’s we can do better.

On 8/13/2025 I arrived at 10:26 AM. I asked what time does lunch start. The lady over the speaker said 10:30 I said so in 4 minutes? ( I was going to go around and park to wait) she said probably not then because we still got breakfast. I repeated what she said just to be sure that’s what she meant, she confirmed I heard her correctly. I will never return to this location again.
