Wow has this place went down hill!!! Employees walk around like zombies and look at you like your a bother. No napkins,condiments and was just dirty. Food way mediocre at best.

I was very pleased with this White Castle restaurant! The food was cooked perfectly, the burgers and fries were absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the restaurant was nice and clean. This is the best White Castle in Northwest Indiana!

This was a weird one for me. I would’ve gave it a five star. I asked for extra ice and there was no ice lol. However I got like twice the amount of nibbles and they were amazing. They just loaded the bag. The soda was still cold so I just docked them 1 star.

It's called the crave....It's a local food that has a unique taste...hence the crave. Open all day for munchies, hangovers and people who miss the taste. No other place has this taste and all visitors from other states and countries should try it to understand why it's called the crave.

Usually fast efficient service. I live right up the street, and I've never had a complaint.
Today was not my great experience. The cashier/manager gave me a dirty look and questioned my order of 15 cheeseburgers. She wouldn't accept cash, so I paid by CC. She ran off to the back without handing me my receipt. I waited for her to return, and she seemed surprised when I asked for my receipt. Everything else was fine.

This was the best white castle I have ever had hands down! Super fast drive through, so hot and fresh! Keep up the good work! The onions on the sliders were grilled to perfection and the cheese was melted and delicious 😋
