I did not go here 2 weeks ago like this thing said that I did. I drive by this place twice a day 5 times a week. I must have been stopped by a train. It's White Castle and I'm a fan of their cheese sliders, with extra pickles ?. Till next time White Castle ( I have great coupons for there from my junk mail)

The service was horrible. The guy that took my order was very rude and I believe he was prejudice as well. Gave me some sloppy half prepared food and walked away. Also while I was waiting he was rude to a black older couple. This is a young Caucasian male probably in his late 20's or early 30's. This is not like white castle they usually keep pretty manorable people. He should be fired.

I stopped there after work, and since drive thru was crowded, I went into the lobby that needed cleaning as well as the ladies room. Also, I was the only customer in the lobby but had to wait extensively for 1 burger, onion rings, and coke. The onion rings were cold, had to request another order by that time my burger was cold, I wasn't offered another burger. I was so disappointed and frustrated, I just left. Poor customer service and food quality.
