Customer service is horrible.. five confused, rude employees refused to allow me to use bathroom with three different excuses. I stood at register for several minutes as they talked amongst each other until I had to ask for assistance with retrieving my order.

Spent over $30 just to get some extra extra small traditional wings! We called and addressed it and the cashier didn't compensate us in any fashion! Don't go to this location ever! The worst Wingstop in the area

The food was fresh, hot and pretty good. I liked it way better than my neighborhood Wingstop. I wish that drinks came with the boneless wings special for $15.99. I'm excited that the honey dry rub is here to stay! Woohoo 🎉

not sure who was working on 11/1 at around 4:40, when we picked up our order, but our food was done quickly and was delicious. fries were crunchy but soft at the same time, seasoned very well, and our wings were also very yummy :) thank you to whoever was working this evening.

They mess up every time I come ? they take for ever to take the order and then another forever to make it for them to make it wrong ? you need to change your staff this is insane

Hello, my name is Quran Brown and I am an employee at Wingstop, 902 Roby Dr in Hammond, and the management here is terrible. For a while now we have had a new manager and she has completely changed everything from how things are being run and the scheduling. She has drastically cut hours for some employees such as myself without a warning or explaining why she was doing so. Every time I and the other employees would ask why she is cutting our hours or asking if we can get more days/ hours she either doesn’t give us a valid reason or ignores us. We have been stating this multiple times and brought this up to her attention multiple times but the problem doesn’t get solved.
When we had our old management, our old manager, would make sure everyone had at least 30-40 hours in a week. But now because we're under new management,  the new manager almost seems as if she doesn’t know what she is doing or worse knows what’s she doing and playing games with us, also she is a liar as she said that I was supposed to work last week but never told what day and when I called her she hung up on me. There’s about 7 people that the new manager has hired and either knows personally and cool with and she’s allowing them to get almost 40 - 50 hours in a week while leaving me and 2 other coworkers with little to no hours at all. It’s fine if those are the people she works best with but how is that fair for me and the other coworkers and this has been going on since the new manager has been here back in June 2024. To be honest it’s sounds like discrimination and it’s highly unprofessional.
Our new manager would schedule either me and the two other coworkers with only 1 day every other week or none at all while letting the other 7+ employees get 5 to 6 days a week. It is completely unfair for us. When I first applied to this job with our old management, I applied for full-time, but ever since the new manager came she without a good reason, changed our hours to part-time as it seems.
And as I stated before, I have been letting her know and asking her about my hours and asking can I get more days, but she doesn’t provide a good reason or she either ignores me and that is very unprofessional and unfair to not just me and the two other employees that still work there. I have been working there since November 2023 and ever since she came around things have been completely unfair for us.
I hope this review gets looked at by the higher-up and the general manager because this is not how you run a business with your employees because this needs to be addressed and be handled with.

Ordered $70 worth of food through the Wingstop app for delivery. They use DoorDash to deliver and the driver never delivered the order. Called the store to have food resent and they told me they could only refund me and that I had to come into the store to receive a refund. If I wanted to go into the store, I would have ordered for pickup. Was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company to receive my money back.

The shady employees refuse to take orders for food after 11 p.m. and long prior to the stated closing time of 12 a.m. midnight, because they admittedly want to clean the restaurant early so they can walk out the building themselves by 11:59:59 p.m.
Somehow, doubt the owners approve of such Behavior.

So I’ve order from this place everyday. They shorted me 1 wing for 4 orders in a row. I brought it up to them and they not only gave me extra wings, but also gave me 6 chicken tenders for free on my next order. Great staff and great wings. Don’t think twice go here!!!!!! Asap!!!!

I eat wingstop quite a lot but this is the first time I’ve ever gone to this location. I got the boneless meal deal, bbq and Buffalo wings with the voodoo fries. Nothing was cooked all the way and it was literally disgusting. There is literally no sauce on my bbq wings. Everytime I go to wing stop my wings are swimming in sauce—these wings look like someone took a shot of bbq sauce, swished it around in their mouth a little, and then spit it on the wings. Everything is soggy and disgusting. Go to literally any other location but this one. The employees there obviously don’t care about the quality of the food they’re serving.
