Worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. And I live in the hood of Chicago. People here are rude and ignorant. Unless you match there “appearance” you will get mistreated and be told to wait over a hour for a order that was supposedly finished a 21 minutes after order was completed

Customer service is horrible.. five confused, rude employees refused to allow me to use bathroom with three different excuses. I stood at register for several minutes as they talked amongst each other until I had to ask for assistance with retrieving my order.
Spent over $30 just to get some extra extra small traditional wings! We called and addressed it and the cashier didn't compensate us in any fashion! Don't go to this location ever! The worst Wingstop in the area

The food was fresh, hot and pretty good. I liked it way better than my neighborhood Wingstop. I wish that drinks came with the boneless wings special for $15.99. I'm excited that the honey dry rub is here to stay! Woohoo 🎉

not sure who was working on 11/1 at around 4:40, when we picked up our order, but our food was done quickly and was delicious. fries were crunchy but soft at the same time, seasoned very well, and our wings were also very yummy :) thank you to whoever was working this evening.
