Wingstop #1877 5045 Junipero Serra Blvd Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

Ordered wings for a birthday party from the Plank Rd location in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and needless to say, they weren’t ready on the day of pickup. After requesting the order be prepared while I wait, I was told they were unable to fulfill the order the same day… therefore, I requested a refund. A manager was called and she agreed the best solution was to grant a refund… this was Sept 28th and I m still waiting on a refund. I notified corporate office, waiting for them to resolve. I am very disappointed in this company. I will never do business with them in the future.

Good food but order is never correct and takes too long to re-order so you just eat what you get not what you wanted. The Grand Junction CO store is just terrible. Gave it a couple of tries but will not go back until Google and other reviews show a change.

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!

Horrible location.
First time my chicken was under cooked.
Today will be the last time I ever visit this location. First off, I was the only customer in line, yet the worker was in no hurry to take my order! Next when I got my food and we sat down to eat i noticed my veggie sticks were missing. I paid extra to upgrade the fries and was told since I did that I forfeited the veggie sticks. Well it would have been nice if I was told that when I was ordering. Next my drinks were hot, no ice! Went back to complain, took forever then they tell me the ice machine is down. So on a 90 degree day why not tell your customers that up front! All the employees acted clueless! Never wasting my money here again!
