Food is great, good value. Great service.
But it is an awfully big room with tables and chairs, no booths. The lounge side ceiling is painted black, and it just creates a dark uninviting environment for diners.

We live out of town, but every time we come to Hartford City, The Pickle is always part of our itinerary. My husband loves the breaded tenderloin sandwich. Today he got our daughter to eat one as well and she says that’s going to be her go to as well. See you next time Pickle Lounge!

Parking: It is a large gravel lot.

Walked in a little after 5, with my wife and a friend. The place was virtually empty but it took 15min to get someone to even acknowledge we were there. Finally when we did get a waiter (who must have been on her first day of work ever) she took or drink order, returned with drinks and our food order and didn’t return for 30min. A couple came in after us ordered food, was served, paid their bill and left before we even got our food! Horrible service! Will not return EVER!

This is a place that we immediately loved. The food is phenomenal. Great service and friendly staff.My wife loves that you can order breakfast at any time. I do enjoy the biscuits and gravy.We will be frequenting this establishment often.

My wife and I stopped for lunch and a couple of beers. We had a double cheeseburger, a grinder, pretzel bites and fries. The food was delicious and the beers were cold. The service was okay and the lunch atmosphere was a little blah. It's a big, nice place but we were about the only people there.
