within the past year we have ordered the Big Juicy burgers. The first time they were so good! They were flavorful and very Juicy!The second time, dry...very dry! We thought maybe it was just an off night. Since the 1st time they were so good, we decided to try again. Third time was NOT a charm. Burgers were horribly dry again!

We made our first visit to Brass Ring for karaoke last night. We got there early so we could eat before the show started. There were a lot of tempting options on the menu, and the pizza a guest at the next table had ordered looked amazing, but I love a good stromboli, so that's what I ordered. My dinner arrived quickly, was a generous portion, and was SO DELICIOUS! (I took more than half of it home to enjoy the leftovers for a later meal.) The karaoke show started right on time, and the KJ, Karaoke Therapy - D.J. Entertainment by Bryce, put on a great show! There were some amazing singers there, the crowd was super friendly, attentive, and a great audience. It's a bit of a drive for us, but I'm already looking forward to our next visit.

After waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes, I can tell you the hamburgers were good. The young man who was the wait staff was very rude not only to us but to other customers. When we ask about the delay he became very defensive as though it was our fault. Someone needs to explain to him that you can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar. Unfortunately for the owners, we will not be back.

We stopped in to grab a bite to eat. The bar was not too busy when we got there. It took a while for someone to come to our table. It took over 45 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food. While we were waiting for our food a party of 8 came in. They went to the bar to get their own drinks. One of the ladies went to the bar to get menus and then she had to ask the bartender if someone could come take their order. After our food finally arrived, it was good. There was only one waitress and the bartender on the bar side. The waitress was very apologetic, it wasn't her fault that they were understaffed. She called the owners to come in and help out. She took one of our meals off of our ticket because it took so long to get our order. The food was good but don't go if you're in a hurry.
If I could give zero stars I would. Food was cold and it took a long time because they didn’t properly schedule their employees. If you don’t take your own liquor in expect to be sober in between drinks.
