I called just 2 days in advance to ask them to accept a reservation for 50. We ended up with about 62.We packed the restaurant and they were absolutely delighted to have us. The staff kept up extremely well and all food was served together and fresh.It's service like this, that is easy to realize how fortunate we are, to have such a great opportunity in our community.Carriage inn, thanks for making us look so good. We will be back.

I like almost everything about this restaurant. The service was friendly and fairly quick and the food was very high quality (If a bit salty). The only issue I have with the places I find it to be somewhat overpriced. There's not much competition in the area for good food and it shows. That being said they seem to stay very busy So maybe I'm wrong in that respect. Just be aware entrees start around $17 and go up from there.

Having grown up in the tri-state area (yet lived elsewhere the past 22 years) I can't believe I had never heard of this place. It's literally a stone's throw from Haub's Steakhouse where I've been many times over the past 40 years. My in-laws have been bragging on this place the past couple of years, even saying it is better than the legendary Log Inn located a few miles south.
