Awesome little place to relax and have a cold beer

This place is outstanding. On weekends they serve steaks, fried and baked catfish (personal favorite) and baked chicken. Everything made to order, including desserts- raspberry bread pudding with whiskey sauce, coconut cream pie, lemon meringue, assorted cheesecakes, carrot cake and many more. Likely the best dessert menu between Chicago and Nashville. Don’t miss it. For lunch, full of regulars, and outstanding marinated tenderloin and the best burger for a hundred miles. I love to eat good food and spent years enjoying the best of Chicago and Washington DC when I lived there. This place hits the mark every time.

Best place around for a great steak dinner on the weekends. Staff is really friendly.

Great steaks, tasty sides in a down home atmosphere. Owner and staff very friendly from the time we walked in the door. Great place for a date night away from the kids!
the steaks are awesome!! the fish is good. try the kraut salad! it is great! and the beer is cold
Finally made it to the Hilltop & it did not disappoint. The steak was cooked to perfection and the coconut cream pie was pure heaven. Will definitely try to make this a frequent stop.
