“This place is outstanding. On weekends they serve steaks, fried and baked catfish (personal favorite) and baked chicken. Everything made to order, including desserts- raspberry bread pudding with whiskey sauce, coconut cream pie, lemon meringue, assorted cheesecakes, carrot cake and many more. Likely the best dessert menu between Chicago and Nashville. Don’t miss it. For lunch, full of regulars, and outstanding marinated tenderloin and the best burger for a hundred miles. I love to eat good food and spent years enjoying the best of Chicago and Washington DC when I lived there. This place hits the mark every time.”
