I came to the drive thru 15 mins before they was closing and the customer service was STILL extraordinary!! My food was fresh, drink wasn’t watered down and the night crew was friendly, funny and gave me a crown while my food was being made lol Great customer service is lacking nowadays but not at the Highland location! They rock and I will be back!

This BK always makes me happy. I've ordered 4 caramel iced coffees literally within 3 days. Lol. They have a new iced coffee with cold foam. I get extra cold foam, even though there's no option for it...and im never disappointed. Their customer service is always top tier. Coffee always taste fresh, and there's always a nice balance between coffee and flavor.

Love the staff and food at this location. Every time I swing by, they are professional and nice. Service doesn't take long at all, max a few minutes if you're getting something freshly made.
