I have long been a fan of Butterfingers and the cakes have always been delicous - until now. I ordered a carrot cake for my son-in-law's birthday (his favorite). It was beyond disappointing! Very dense with hardly any fruit distributed in the cake; it was tasteless with no spices added. The frosting was just ok; they used to do a cream cheese frosting but this was plain. So sad to see a good bakery going downhill......

I don’t mean for this to be long and drawn out. I was introduced to Butterfingers 2 years ago by my wife who loves their chicken salad. Whenever I get a haircut at Accents I go to Butterfingers for little something sweet to surprise my wife. 02/19 I went to Butterfingers while waiting for flowers from Willow Blooms to see if they had some lemon slices for my wife’s birthday. They did so I bought them and proceeded to pick up the flowers. The plan was to have the lemon slices after dinner. They were inedible. They were so hard they couldn’t be cut with a fork. The fork would not poke through the crust. The lemon was thick and dry. We have never had a bad experience at Butterfingers, until now and had to throw them away. One bad experience but it does make me hesitate.

We have been coming back for cakes for different occasions - birthdays, anniversaries and simply to have a delicious bite. Carrot cake is absolutely amazing.
My cake was not ready when i went to pick it up, so they rushed the lettering. Ended up off center and choppy looking. The teenagers running it weren’t very friendly either. Unfortunately I’ve had this experience the last few times I’ve gone.

I been a fan of butterfingers since I was a kid. Thank you for making all our celebrations special. There was an issue years ago, but I am Glad things were resolved easily and professionally. You guys get the golden star ? ♥️?
Kid-friendliness: It's butterfingers, a kids dream LOL!
We have enjoyed their food since 1985 when they were next to the Munster Meat Market. They offer more than sweets! You can get a full meal to take home and it's all DELICIOUS! Almost 40 years in business truly means they are FABULOUS!!!!
Parking: Very easy access and plenty of spots.
