I called in and ordered a carry out today and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in 15 minutes and gave my name & paid for order. They need to stop having you pay for order upon arrival and it's not ready. After waiting 30 minutes I asked how much longer and was told 5 more minutes & it still wasn't ready. Good Mexican food served fast. My go-to for Tortas and Tacos.
Terrible customer, lack of communication to customers on menu options. Requested a dish with a dietary limitation and was told they could accommodate. The food was not prepared per order (had dietary limitation) and after contacting the store to inform them I was sent a text message by the manager stating this is how they make the food and nothing they can do about it.
