I’ve been to this coffee house quite a few times. The coffee and food are great. The customer service for the most part has been ok.
There was a young man working one day who was great but unfortunately I didn’t get his name. This last visit, there was a young lady who name I believe was Naveah. She was very polite, checked on me quite often and kept the place very clean.

After being recommended to go to a coffee shop a couple blocks down that was ok-ish, I still wanted a real coffee with a sweet fall experience or just cup of joe with cream and sugar. So I ventured to this homey cool coffee shop with plenty of options. The storefront was clean with a real coffee shop appeal and the people were friendly and helpful. I was feeling adventurous for some of the fall specials but I wanted to test the waters so to speak so I just ordered a macchiato....
