Fantsastic, my medium iced matcha latte with two pumps of vanilla was exquisite. Although, I will say the Dunkin’ at the east bound plaza triumphed.

Came in on 9/13 on our way to Chicago. My wife ordered a coffee and got a deal for a coffee and 1/2 dozen doughnuts. We scanned the reward off the app, and the girl told us that our total, which was higher than the deal price. She said that sometime the deals just don’t work here and gave us no explanation other than that. We ended up just paying the full price and once we got our receipt we noticed it said we were owed 7 in change? After we paid with a credit card? And the reward was gone as if it had been used. The deal was put on the receipt, and the total did not reflect what we paid. I brought this up to all the employees that were working and they said I would get my money back on my credit card and made it seem like no big deal. Now the transaction is posted for the same amount they overcharged me for. Either this is a scam by the employees or a scam by the company, how many people has this happened to? Check your receipts!

The donuts were terrible so I decided to go back to the shop and speak with the manager. I asked her why they were so stale and she let me know that it was because the donuts are not freshly delivered but made the day before. Then she says that every shop does it that way. Really!? As a national traveler, I know that this is not true, so I kindly corrected her. Upon letting her know that other shops around the country don’t operate like this, she just turned her back towards me and went back to work. I will never buy a donut from this location again. If you want a fresh donut, this is not the place. You’ve been warned.

Rude young girls, we’ve been traveling across country and this is the second dunks that was horrible!! Very disappointing. No hi no thank you and when my coffee was ready she didn’t even say anything. I’m about to cross dunks off my list of places to stop

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. All employees were rude. Everything in our order was wrong. The snackin bacon wasn’t cooked and the employee was very rude when I asked her to heat it up. They just put everyone’s drinks and food on the counter without calling no names or receipts and every customer was very confused and unsure. The donuts tasted old and stale. I’ve never had an experience like this at any Dunkin’ Donuts and I would never come back to this one ever again.
