They will serve you only what they want, and what the feel like preparing. These workers intentionally limit the menu to benefit themselves out of pure laziness. ((She said, we only have #4 and #5......that's all...)) I asked why, she says everything else is frozen.. but I'm certain they just do not want to prepare the full listed menu items.. I do NOT reccomend this place at all.!.!.! The staff members are beyond rude.

A Disheartening Visit to PopeyesUpon my recent visit to a local Popeyes, I encountered a series of unfortunate events that left me questioning the establishment’s commitment to customer satisfaction. The first sign of trouble was the absence of several menu staples; the Spicy Wings, Spicy Tenders, and the beloved Sweet Tea were all unavailable. This lack of options was the initial disappointment.The wait time further exacerbated the situation. It took an astonishing 10 minutes for an employee to attend to me, a delay that seemed to stretch on indefinitely as I stood there, hopeful yet unacknowledged. When service finally arrived, it was not with an apologetic smile but with a demeanor that suggested annoyance, as if my presence was an inconvenience rather than an opportunity for service.The overall experience was dispiriting, to say the least. The staff’s apparent indifference to customer service and the glaring gaps in the menu selection painted a picture of a restaurant that has lost its way.

Worst service. The girl was ignorant. Asked for my Receipt she crumpled it up and threw it on the counter. Then when my food was ready she gave my sandwich to the guy who ordered AFTER me because he got two of them and I only had 1. When I asked for a bag she walked away.

They told us they had nothing but pieces of chicken because they didn’t want to cook anything on the spot besides chicken. They had no shrimp, and no buns for chicken sandwiches. While we waited for tenders, I have never seen anybody move more slowly and stand around and talk than the two working at the time. I watched them steer away tons of business because they didn’t want to cook anything additional for them. They didn’t have fries or most of the sauces I requested either. I am pretty sure it costs 2 times as much as normal too because it’s a truck stop off of the toll road. Whoever manages this place put these two in a terrible position. They didn’t offer very great service, but they also seemed to be doing the best they could under the circumstance of having nothing in stock to serve.

Kitchen closed after 7pm! Ridiculous, kid was just sitting down in the back of the place and took over 8minutes to acknowledge I was there. Horrible, never stop here.
The chicken was as any other Popeyes taste, very good and crispy. The staff working there were pretty friendly.

It's very disappointing that a restaurant at an Indiana Toll Road rest stop is running out of food at 7pm on a week night. What food they had was not fresh.Travelers don't stop driving at 6 o'clock. Why don't rest areas accommodate them?

Cashier was rude. Said “We’re out of tenders.” While a full rack of fresh tenders was behind him. I’m not saying the kid is racist to boot but he served the white family in front of myself and the Asian gentleman who was with me so there is that. You can best believe I will be passing this location from now on.
