I’m on the road and I never saw a person so rude and incapable to do his job and talk to people, I didn’t see his name, but apparently he is the manager. Get mad for us asking price of the things that didn’t have price. At least 5 persons leave the line because of his attitude. Terrible place, terrible service.

All the reviews are true. Stay away. Paid way too much for uncooked, 3 day old microwaved pizza. How is a twice baked slice of pizza still raw??? I'm actually impressed at how bad this place is. Just shut down and make room for a better restaurant to open here.

Got the pepperoni, sausage and bacon Stromboli. It had been sitting there too long. It was dry. It barely had any filling. I’ve had better ones from other locations to tap it off. The kid behind the counter gave mine to the wrong customer so after that customer figured out wasn’t his, they gave it to me then just kind of ruined the whole lunch experience.

The 4-5 teenagers standing around today sweeping charged me for a slice of cold, old pizza and had absolutely awful customer service this place is a joke !!!

Fun travel plaza restaurant for breakfast!
It's a Sbarro, so your choices were... pizza or similar items. ;-)
The servers were great! Helpful and friendly. First one was very busy getting everything ready, but stayed steady and welcoming! We also got fresh, hot pizza as a reward for letting her do her job and pull things out of the ovens for us!
The plaza, itself, had a few options (like Dunkin with a huge line!) and plenty of places to sit to enjoy our meal.
Stop by when you're traveling through!

Went to order a complete pizza ans was told that they are not taking orders for complete pizzas at 7:30pm. So left!!!!

The hourly employees were very polite and doing their jobs as anyone would expect, but was informed their manager said not to make any of the spaghetti products because it would be a "slow day".... people don't travel on Saturdays on the toll road? It's early in the day and they're already losing sales over that. Poor management decision to "save some costs" while passing off customers. It cost less to retain customers than try and find new ones. Don't have things on the menu and then just don't make it. It's BAD BUSINESS. Poor Management Decision.

Sbarro is one of my favorite restaurants. However, this particular one the food was the worst I've ever had from any Sbarro. The zitti is my favorite and of course I ordered it for my lunch. It was to go so I could not address the issue onsite. No sauce, cheese tasted horrible and the noodles were very bland. The lady that was there was either really new and working by herself or very unfamiliar with her work environment. Couldnt tell.me how big the cheesecake slices were and seemed confused as to what cheesecake even was!
