Loved meeting the owner and hearing the story of her taking over and changing the name to
Howe Town Square Pub
Great food options and atmosphere, and service. Outdoor seating and live music.
Owner/cook was receptive to the smashburgers being a bit too salty. But everything was still awesome!! Definitely going back!
Love this place!!

The food is very mediocre. There was two dogs running around drinking and eating where people eat which I would imagine there's dog hair all over. I asked for a pitcher of beer they brought me out a pitcher that came from the kitchen where Grease build up was on the outside it was disgusting they assured me that it's been washed on the inside but I highly doubt it had to get up and get our own silverware and plates because the waitress was outside partying because her son was singing that night from Tennessee

Stopped in with 5 others to watch the Packers game! So much fun (probably because the Pack won!)

A great atmosphere, friendly crowd. Food was great, the onion rings are the bomb! Nice outdoor patio. Was greeted when we walked by the ambassodors/security staff. (Black lab mix and pit bull.) Very friendly and demanding of pets. We were just in Shipshewana and found this place, definately going back.

Not sure if this is even open. It definitely isn't called Snapper's if it is. Home Town something or other is on the sign. No sign of life for 400 ft at another restaurant. No cars, no people, shut down business all nearby. The sign says open but if no one is there at 1700, why would I stop? I'm sorry whoever and whatever you are. It just doesn't look like I want to eat and drink there even if I could. Three stars because I am not sure if they are even an open business.

We went to try Snapper’s last night for the first time and let me just say wow! I’m so glad we made the drive. We will be back for another tenderloin and more of those fabulous onion rings! Everything we had was delicious! 9.5/10 on tenderloin and 10/10 on onion rings.

We were visiting from out of town and found this place out of pure luck! Angie was an amazing host. Everything we ordered for lunch was delicious (pizza, nachos, burgers, etc). We ended up going back a second time during our stay because of the personable experience we had, the amazing food and great prices on everything! We made some new friends while we were there (two legged and four legged :) Live music on Friday night was fantastic - If you haven't tried this place - you are definitely missing out! We will be going back!

The service and food is outstanding. Angie and the other staff members were so kind and nice to us. Felt like we left making new friends. Every food item we ordered was delicious. Would recommend 10/10. Thanks Angie for being so welcoming to us and for playing MJ for us!

Small sports bar in sleepy town. Food ok, expensive from my past experiences in neighboring states. $40 for two shots of whiskey, burger and onion rings, plus tip. Chicago type prices.

2025 draft day. wasn't in mood for cooking and missing the draft. Wife suggest ordering a pizza at local sports bar so I didn't miss the predraft show. Called was told 20-minute wait. Before hanging up phone I asked again to verify 20 minute carryout and she said yes. arrived 30 minutes later. It was very hot inside. Stood at counter for over 10 minutes. I literally took closest seat to door. terrified of strangers dogs the least Pitbull's. I had a Pitbull literally come up to me on 2 separate occasions and started licking my legs inside of the restaurant. Did not feel comfortable trying to push dog away and was nervous about standing up to go get help. Time is on the clock. Draft is getting ready to start. That was whole point of why I called in carryout and arrived late so I could grab pizza and get home. Sports bar???? had jay leno on one t.v. and family feud on other t.v. I kindly and very respectfully asked if I could turn on the NFL draft. She stated she had a pizza to make but went straight to the bar instead to get a margarita for someone that came in after me. the draft is 1 time a year. This person guarantees to go there more than one time a year as the cook already knew exactly what the lady was drinking as she said margarita as normal then continued to go get other people beer. Walked right back by me and never even turned the draft on. Finally, my pizza arrived for carryout. The cook let me know that the draft didn't start until 8 o clock and it's 10 minutes. I didn't spend the energy to let her know that most people don't turn the draft on at 8 o'clock sharp as that is just what time the first pick is on the clock. I would never suggest this place to anyone that is into sports. It is nothing more to me then a bar that serves food. where regulars get the service first and dogs are free to roam. They had 2 dogs running around inside and it was absolutely disgusting to have a dog come up licking your skin leaving slobber on you. I was not expecting either for a sports bar. If you like to find someplace to sweat during the summer and drink and play with dogs, then it would be a cool hangout. If you are not a regular then it will not be a pleasant place to visit. If you are terrified of bully breeds or just dogs in general then do not visit. This was my only experience at this sports bar that has been sitting in howe for maybe a year or two and have no intentions of ever going back. I literally lost my appetite from the dog slobber on my leg. Ever seen a panting dog on a 80 degree day where its hotter inside then outside just panting away with druel hanging? Wasn't even in mood to eat wondering how many dogs was laying around in the kitchen area. I counted two separate dogs in this restaurant.
