Lobby was closed. Spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru there was only 3 vehicles in front of us. Spent 10 more minutes at the window waiting. We ordered 4 4 piece chicken strip baskets. All we're missing the gravy in every basket and the fries were cold and rubbery. Very disappointed in how the place is being ran in the evenings.
Bad, slow service. Half the menu is unavailable. 20+ minute waits on food.
Ice cream machine broken for weeks, so no blizzards, ice cream, etc.
Half the staff either doesn’t speak English or pretends to not speak English so they don’t have to correct mistakes.
So I ordered a royal strawberry cheesecake blizzard. What I got was a smores blizzard with the top of it a royal strawberry. They realized they messed it up and instead of fixing the whole thing they put the strawberry filling and cheesecake bits on the top. It's a good thing I'm not allergic to chocolate. This DQ has got to be the worst I have ever been too.
