I really appreciated that he truly valued me as a waiting customer. He even check to see if he could get my custom order the cheapest way in the system. Russell went above and beyond. My to go order came out quickly and everything was great! While waiting for my to go order, I was able to observe Russell take the time to make each customer have a great experience and everyone stepped away from the counter with a smile.“
