Had a wonderful customer service experience. I was in line and another guy attempted to cut in front of me. I was going to let him, but Russell asked him to wait and then took my order. I really appreciated that he truly valued me as a waiting customer. He even check to see if he could get my custom order the cheapest way in the system. Russell went above and beyond. My to go order came out quickly and everything was great!

Late night after driving and working for last minute work trip. Close to closing. Friendly service. Food was still hot and flavorful when I got to the hotel.
