I'm so glad that we discovered this restaurant after viewing the eclipse nearby. The food was extraordinary and authentic. We also enjoyed the German themed decor and the staff dressed in traditional dirndls. Be sure to check out the gift shop filled with cuckoo clocks, steins, Christmas ornaments, German chocolate, and too many wonderful items to mention here. We will definitely come back!
The place is pricey, but you get a lot of food and it was all good. I loved the Bavarian Pretzel! It was cold when we were there and had to leave our jackets on inside because it didn't seem like they turned the heat on. Would have enjoyed it more if the temperature inside was more comfortable.

Huge variety of offerings...including items on the salad bar which was very fresh and delicious. Our waitress was very pleasant and helpful. I was traveling back to Lafayette from Evansville and drove 1 hour out of my way just to eat there.
