Applebee's Grill + Bar

We were there just about 4:20 p.m. it was not crowded; only a few people there but by the time we left it was pretty full. Food was hot and sizzling when we got it. Both got bourbon chicken & shrimp. It was seasoned well and tender to cut with a fork. Waitress was nice and checked on us frequently. Didn't get her name though. Would highly recommend!

We went there on New Years Eve, it was early, approximately 5 pm.
Restaurant wasn't 40% full
We were told the kitchen was backed up and there would be a 50 minute wait.
Needless to say we left and went elsewhere.
They lost a long time customer.
Will never go back to that location.

Was here for a birthday party. I believe I got the bourbon chicken & andouille sausage penne. I over looked the sausage when I ordered. Wasn't bad, I could done without the sausage. More because I don't like that sausage kind of sausage. Was good though, had bit of a kick.

The food was served cold despite waiting an astronomical amount of time for it. The manager eventually came out to check on us due to someone at our table complaining and she was rude and snooty the entire time. She was passive aggressive and her tone was beyond unprofessional. My wife and I as we were leaving, we parked near the end on the side of the building and could smell a strong odor of marijuana. As we drove around the back side of the building with our vehicle we saw the manager, I believe they said her name was Sam, and a few other employees smoking through the crack of the dumpster door. Beyond unprofessional and have heard nothing but poor things about this place and I was able to witness all that had been said. Do better. Hold people accountable. From the sounds of it, the “GM” has done multiple people wrong in that place.

Bartender Lisa was helpful and friendly. She made sure my little requests were all right. That is something you don't see very often. She is a treasure that they should be proud of.

Applebee's is delicious. They were pretty busy which caused a little wait time for take-out walk-ins but I would say our first time at this location was a positive experience.
