I'm surprised they are still in business its like Burger King š¤“ the food sucks I have not been there for 5 years and I decided to stop by again food was cold the was stale it will be another 5 years again if they are still in business need to shape up or close down

Waited next in line for drive thru for 15 minutes when it was finally our turn the employee was speaking so softly through the speaker we could barely understand them. As I was making my order I had to repeat several times and before I could finish he told me to pull around so after another 10 minutes of waiting they seemed offended that I wasn't done ordering and had to make my order two separate orders and they made the food incorrectly that I repeated multiple times, then the employee lied to my face about it. I eat here often and have never had an experience like this.

I came in to have dinner with my family and had a great experience. The place was clean and the service was fast and nice! Tons of mixed reviews about this place and now I can say that it was great!

Stopped in at Arby's in Huntington indiana to get dinner first thing when we walked in the ac was not working its like 90 out today the inside was just as hot . The next thing was the young man at the register was not very knowledgeable with the ingredients in the food. He couldn't take my order correctly. So anyways we ordered 2 Philly cheese steak and the picture showed peppers and onions but they quit using them so what's a Philly cheese steak with no peppers or onions just a meat sandwich. It's been so long since I've been to Arby's I was looking forward to a decent sit down dinner . I will never come back to this Arby's again.

Stopped in while traveling. This seems to be an older Arby's and the building hasn't been updated in a while. Our order took a long time.

Huntington Arbys shorted my order only gave me one sandwich when they was supposed to give me two roast beef and cheader. I live in Roanoke. So I tried calling them and they keep wonāt answer. Keep canceling my call. Very unprofessional. Whoās running the place. I will be contacting corporate sence they wonāt answer the phone

Just seeing the actual feces and toilet paper on the walls in the bathroom made me leave without ordering.
I liked the new chicken cordon bleu and hope they keep it on the menu. There was as much ham on top as there is in a regular ham sandwich.

Ordered the fish special to go and jalapeƱo poppers. I didn't look before leaving and had only 1 fish sandwich and 12 jalapeƱo poppers .
