Food was pretty good. We got the Scotch eggs and fried pickles, which were both good. They were all out of brisket and tots though, so we weren't able to order several items we were interested in. Service was friendly. A little pricey, but we would still go back.
The atmosphere is warm and casual, with a nice mix of local charm and comfort. Staff is friendly and attentive without being pushy. Food portions are generous and well-seasoned — steaks come out cooked just right, and the sides complement the mains nicely. Prices are fair for the quality, and service is quick even when it’s busy.
I ordered the 12 oz ribeye and it was genuinely one of the best steaks I have ever had. My lovely date ordered the Hula Girl sandwich and she loved it. Staff was very friendly and service was very swift. Weather was beautiful and they offered us a table outside. Loved our experience and we will be coming back again soon.
