Literally just went to the huntington store, food was cold and sandwiches wasn't made right. Fries were disgusting. Hope you close down for good. Not worth the money spent.

The particular time I went there it took them seven full minutes to give me a 10-piece nugget. they were precooked all she had to do is reach over pick it up put it in the bag and hand it to me I have gone there many times and I really like that particular Burger King. but every now and then you'll get bad service. UPDATE Nothing has improved and service is incredibly slow. Took 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches And they got one of the sandwiches wrong. Then had to wait another 10 minutes to get their attention to correct it and they again got it wrong. Worst Burger king I have ever gone to. I will not be going back.

Kudos to this Huntington Burger King!! Usually at other Burger Kings well, really fast food in general are meals are not fresh or hot..BUT you got it right.It is wonderful to get something good for a change when ordering fast food..Keep up the good work!! We appreciate you! Wewill be back.

Come on man! I was there on 319 at 5:00 p.m. I believe there was only one person working in the whole building. Only three cars in the Drive-Thru took nearly 20 minutes for me to go through for a simple double bacon cheeseburger. They get a star for having a good sandwich. Get some help people!

Pulled up right before close and didn't relize that but not only did they get our food order out and fresh they appoligized to us before we appoligized to them. Friendliness cleanliness and most def great food. Thank you again to the exceptional staff at Burger King

Had two double cheeseburgers and a Coke the cheeseburgers we're way too done! I ate them only because I was hungry. It seems restaurants nowadays are really going down the tubes. Not enough workers and poor service.

How can they even be open with the people they have working there. Manager is chatting it up with friends while eating a whopper and completely ignoring customers. She let us wait there for five minutes when they weren't able to take an order. Need to forget about this place until they hire some people able to take care of customers

Horrible service. Staff was rude and inconsiderate. Drive thru time was ridiculous. Only e people on duty...not my fault or problem. If you cant prepare properly for rush hour you should close.

Thanks to what seems to be a whole new crew. I actually had a great experience there yesterday. Workers were friendly and not being rude and they actually for the first time in about 6 months got my order completely correct. Right down to how many condiments and napkins I asked for.

This visit to BK was a good one. Food was hot and the person running window was polite and cheerful. I would have given a 5 star rating but they are a bit slow at getting the food out in a timely manner. Other than that, dilicious!
