They don't clean, very slow at making food, they also take big orders then once you pay for everything they give you only half the order claiming they did not put the order in even though you already paid basically making you pay twice for the same crappily made meal 1000% don't recommend coming unless you want robbed

Ordered thru the app for pickup in store. Order wasn’t ready and I had to wait 10 minutes for part of my order and another 5 for the second item so by the time I received my shake my sundae was melted. Won’t go there again.

Got the new blizzards. They were awesome. The girl working the drive thru didn't greet us, took our card handed us our food and we told her to have a good day. Apparently was either having a bad day or hated life!
Vegetarian options: I doubt ice cream would cause an issue for a vegetarian.
i thought about ending my life tonight. to be honest, i wasnt going to follow through but it was heavy on my mind. i dont have my mom or dad and i’m being shuffled house to house. im 18 but ive never worked and top of that, i don’t have my license yet. im trying to find jobs but im awkward and scared. none of my family has room for me so none of them let me stay long. the other day i slept in a camper in someones backyard. i feel sad and lonely. i went in today and got a $7 meal deal. i am dumb with money and didnt know how to work my card well but the guy was patient and helped me work it. he didnt make me feel dumb at all. i sat in the back quietly and ate. i debated what i was gonna do when i left.
the workers there came and asked how my food was and asked if i was okay. i said yes. i sat in the back there drinking and they were so polite. i know it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but the workers there tonight helped me. made me feel kinda important. and i have not felt important for a long time. they said i could stay as long as i wanted. and i did. i sat in the back and ate my fries and cleaned up my mess. the one guy kept going around and making sure all the tables were clean. i think they do very well at their job. the food is delicious too :).
i feel like those people cared more about my well being than anyone in my life and all they did was ask if i was okay and help me with my card. i hope i’m welcome anytime i go. i honestly felt so safe. they just made me feel like i was important even though they knew nothing about me. i think they just saw me crying. but it still made me feel importsnt. i sont have alotnif people who care about me so. thank you dairy queen
i just wanna say im safe. im gonna be okay. i just want to share that there is good people in the world, and some of them happen to work at dairy queen lol. i rate it 10000/10000!! great service and yummy food :))) i want go to back tomorrow. but i think its like illegal to go everyday even if you’re not eating idk how things work. i just know i felt safe. i felt cared about. they just kept telling me to stay as long as i needed. and asking if i was okay. i dont understand. i didnt say anything. i guess they just knew.
i dont know who the manager is but you have amazing people working right now. they work hard and are very sweet to their costumers. everytime someone came in, they greeted them so politely. getting up and going somewhere can be hard for me. the people who noticed me and took time to look after me, that says a lot about them. again i know it isnt a food review but thenpeople who work there are good people. they really are. i caht get over how much they helped me today.

Unfortunately the small town effect in local eateries does not exist here. Sad thing is I’m from Huntington. This use to be the place! Remodel is lacking seating/homy feel. It’s noon and we have chairs up still, pop station is out of lids, ketchup, out of food like onion rings, and restaurant is dirty. Two managers stay in the office on their phones while the two crew are behind. Food was barely warm for two hamburgers and I didn’t get my cheese curds. Can’t ask for a remake cause two crew are busy.
Very unfortunate, I run 4 restaurants. I can’t understand how you’re making money at this point. 4 bad reviews in the last 24 hours. There’s something wrong here!!!!!!!!!
Update 2 months later- Just came into town. Got a medium royal cheese cake blizzard and a Peanut butter Shake. Both were thin as milk, two managers on staff and two younger kids. Manager bouncing off the walls. The manager made the shakes and served us. It's 5pm. 4-5 guest including drive thru in the last hour. Didn't get to eat my blizzard, and the peanut butter shake did not taste right. Manager watched me bring it back in and throw it away still full. Need to look into this staff. They are not sober!!!
I tried to give this place another chance. Look at these one star reviews!!!!!! Better to go to the other DQ or travel out of town

Waited 15 minutes at the counter for someone to even acknowledge my presence. Ordered a 13th birthday ice cream cake 2 weeks prior to going there to pick up. The cake was not personalized like I ordered. Do not suggest visiting this location it is always a bad experience. The staff members are not customer focused.
