The food is usually always fine and place is usually empty but the last couple times have been horrendous customer service and have experienced some down right disrespectful individuals. Starting with the employee named Nick. I placed my order for a 6 piece chicken strip basket and said thank you ma am and they got furious because it wasn’t their correct pronouns and absolutely refused to serve me after that and went into their little office room thing. The other person was outside smoking at the time. The other problem is with a lady named Kendra, i came in one morning around lunch and she seemed like she was half asleep or on something as she couldn’t hold a conversation for nothing and even acknowledged I was there ready to order, she still went outside and sat out there with head nodding and passing out almost, i think she needs to be drug tested or Something because that is ridiculous employee behavior.

Mid food, trash music, incredibly understaffed, like where are the employees? We were the only ones in the building and they still took 5+ minutes before anyone pulled up to the counter. It's also overpriced. The ice-cream cones are microscopic and poorly made. I'm surprised I even came here with my broke ahhhh budget. I did have a coupon though which didn't take down the price too much. If I had 3 wishes from a genie I would ask for this place to have less expensive food by 3 dollars, to have better quality food, and to have some good church music!!

That is the NASTY and Disgusting place I have EVER been to in my entire life. The restrooms were horrible with human waste on the floor. The people who came in the door behind me were some of the nastiest people and freakiest I have every seen. There is no reason anyone else would ever go in there . I will never go there again and tell every one I know to stay away from that horrible place.

Bad experience after bad experience here. SEVERAL times we've received the wrong order, incomplete orders, hair in our cheeseburger and food items not made to order. Tonight, after waiting in the drive through for about 30 mins, I received a chocolate covered strawberry blizzard with cheesecake chunks in it. We've even gotten ice cream that was spoiled. Never had a problem at the etna Ave dq. I recommend going there or to zesty.

Went in for a number 7 carry out waited and waited and waited 20 minutes ask how much longer and waited another 10 more minutes. Fries where cold and burger was ok it was only warm! Don't recommend going at all.

My kids and I go here all of the time and the staff is so friendly. It's one of the few restaurants in town where your servers go above and beyond and chat with customers when they have time. They also make our chicken strips to order every time. Thanks, DQ Crew! You rock!

Literally the most polite service ever! Everyone is always is a good mood. Every single employee in there deserves a raise! They were all busy with a smile on their face. They truly care about their town and their people. They can really turn someones bad day into good. Very impressed!!
