My food took almost an hour to deliver after the driver left the store (I live ACTUALLY 5 minutes away). I watched them on the GPS tracker drive allllll around Huntington before delivering my pizzas lukewarm and in crushed boxes.

We had a coupon for a free pizza .Went into the store to order it .We were told you could only get free pizza " delivery only ". So we went home to order it .We'll ,then you had to have a $13 minimum order to get it delivered . The delivery charge was $4.80.So now our free pizza was up to at least an additional $17.80 plus a tip . So many hoops to jump through. We will just stick to our $14 three topping Pizza Hut pizza .It's the best any way .Or stay at home and have Jack's frozen .So disappointed in Domino's coupon games .

Quality is inconsistent, orders are often incorrect, sometimes food is really good, many times not. Doesn’t do anything to call, they won’t do anything to fix the issue except give you a credit on a future order.

Atención perversa por parte de los jóvenes que sirven al público, que le tiren a uno los platos, o que se hagan los que no escuchan, no es lo que deberia de haber alli. Lástima porque la comida si muy delisiosa, pero ni para invitar a conocidos y turistas porque los sacan es corriendo.

If you don't mind waiting 3 hours for your delivery to arrive. Not once, not twice but all 3 times we've ordered there. The excuse is always the same. Sorry there's only the driver and me here. Here's an idea, hire more people.

Delivery time consistently around double whatever time their site claims. The food is always cold as well. Last 3 orders looked like day old pizza. The cheese had that old dry look where they let them sit for so long before delivery without keeping them warm. Drivers have the same bags as the other places, but if it isn’t warm when they put it in there it doesn’t stand a chance of being anything but cold by the time it gets to me.If you watch the tracker after ordering, you’ll notice it sits under “quality check” for the majority of the time. They must let every employee check the quality, cause it takes forever. I can say I’ve only got the wrong order once, so there’s that.Considering I’ve had to take it straight from my front door to my oven to make it warm the last few orders, I think I’d rather them rush it out the door and get the wrong order so long as it’s above room temperature.They can just keep their pizza. Too expensive now anyway. Especially considering the quality you end up with.
