I went to hardee's today with my husband out of town because we don't have one. We go to the drive through and sit and wait about five minutes, when finally somebody comes to the microphone and says, hey, our systems are down but they're coming back up, it's gonna be about five minutes. We explained we understood, but we were going to choose to wait. We have already drove a half hour for this and we are going to get our food, to which I got a very undermatic, okay... like they were disappointed that I was staying. Next, after about five minutes, they told me it was going to be longer, and I told them it was still okay, I was still going to wait to which they took my order thirty seconds later. Literally seconds. It was at this moment, a man came out of the building and took his jacket off to get in his van was in his van for roughly 5 minutes, got out, Put the jacket back on and went back in the building.... It's twenty five degrees out?? 💉....We finally got our food from a middle aged old lady who does not act like she's very happy to see us. I seriously think they only started helping people.Because it was more than just my husband and I by that point. Very disappointed

This is the second time in a week that the food has just been terrible. Definitely gonna be a minute before we go back. Tonight our buns we dry and hard and the fries were old. Last week our chicken was over done and the burger was dried out. 😢

Every morning you have to sit and wait for someone to take your order. The place says it opens at 6:00'yiur lucky if you get waited in by 15 after. Absolutely ridiculous if you dont want to sell breakfast then dont pretend to be open for breakfast!!!!!

Very clean bathrooms prompt and friendly service. I normally really love Hardee's food. It costs a little more than other places but totally worth it. I stopped into this Hardee's on my way through town at about 7:45 p.m. I ordered the number two superstar meal paid just under $15. The Sprite was good. The fries cold to the touch . I took about three bites of the hamburger. That's all I could eat. It seemed as if it was undercooked at first but then it was kind of rubbery. Again usually the hamburger meat tastes terrific and Hardee's. I think they microwaved it or something I don't know but it was disgusting. I couldn't eat anymore. It did not present well The onions were not crunchy the pickles had no crunch not even the lettuce. The more I think about it the more I think the whole burger was microwaved. I am not a chef so I am not familiar with what could cause that. So I jump to the microwave idea. Very disappointing. Overall I will not stop visiting Hardee's restaurants however for the sake of Huntington and their community I hope that this hardees was just having a bad night or gets their act together!

I don't know who was working at the drive through window today. But I finally got the extra cheese on my sandwich that I ask for but never get. Wonderful job! 🙂
the food was not edible...my great granddaughter couldn't even bite into her bun it was that crusty...when you pay over $30 on food you'd like to beable to eat it...it's ashame no one takes much pride in what they do

The milk shakes were melted (left them in the parking lot), the ham and swiss was so soggy the meat was eaten with a fork and the rest was thrown away. 2 meals, 2 shakes, 2 cinnamon rolls, $46! All this and sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Never going there again.
