This location use to be good. We dined there Sunday around 4:30... The food tasted old, employees were ignoring other customers, watched one walk out.. Dining room was clean and the cashier was the only one that was actually working. Highly disappointed on how this place has went down hill. Teach them not serve cold old food.

Very disappointed....Placed an order for $75 and was missing chicken sandwich. Called in to let them know and they were kinda rude. The chicken was so dry that it could have been from lunch. The mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese both had dried hard spots across the top. The corn was so dried, hard and crunchy that you could hear it when dropped on counter. The French fries are usually a favorite and they were dry and hard as well. Do not waste your money on this location.

Store always closes early. Sign states they are open till 10 PM. Lights are always turned off at 9 and they don't not answer the speaker

Definitely has went downhill no matter how I order or what is ordered there's constantly a wait which would not be so bad if it was ever even close to the approximate time give i.e. today went around 530 place was damn near empty drivethru and inside told my husband it would be 15 minutes but half an hour later were still waiting and when we do receive our order finally foods half cold! What was the wait for if the food wasn't being cooked and very obviously not busy? Just not worth the hassle to continue going back

Started going here as opposed to the new Popeyes that opened because the Popeyes never seems to have chicken cooked and ready whenever I go there. I love the spicy chicken but my kids prefer KFC which I also like and I never have to wait here, the food is always fresh and the staff is great too. No reason to give Popeyes business in this town
