I've never been told no so many times. I travel everyday for work. Strict dietary restrictions means I can't eat anything except Mashed Potatoes and cheese. I stop at 10 different KFC'S across Indiana and Ohio. My order is the same every time at every restaurant. 2 Famous bowls, Chicken on the side and extra extra cheese. Every other location gives me double cheese with no problem. on Tuesday I asked for their new Cheddar Gravy to be put in the famous bowl instead of the normal gravy. I have made this request at other locations and they say "Sure, No problem". they charge me for the cheddar gravy and I know it costs more and glad to pay the extra. At this location I asked them if they could put the cheese gravy on top of potatoes and they said no. that's fine. I just ordered 2 bowls of it thinking I was fine with putting it on myself. I asked for the extra cheese and I was told no because they have no way of charging for the extra cheese. so my order was 2 Famous bowls, chicken on the side, 2 cheddar gravy and a 12 piece nugget. my bill without the cheddar gravy is usually around $15. they charged me double because of the 2 small bowls of gravy. when I got my order the bowls were only half the portion then I normally get. and they sprinkled a few small scoops of cheese on each one. you could barely tell that there was cheese on them. today I ordered the same thing. I asked for a side of shredded cheese but was told they don't sell sides of shredded cheese. they still would not put the cheddar cheese gravy on the bowls and this time they gave me one small scoop of mashed potatoes and the same small portion of shredded cheese. I was able to put both bowls into one and still had room to put both cheddar gravy on top. I come to this location twice a week. once they asked me to pull ahead after I paid and they let me sit for a half hour waiting for my food. I called and they didn't even apologize for my wait. they made me feel like it was my fault. when they finally brought my food to me they asked me to pay for it. I showed them my receipt and they gave me my food. I have never had these problems at other KFC franchises. The Huntington Indiana location will not accommodate a customers dietary needs in the order.

First I love the cleanliness of the restaurant especially not being from that area so I just stopped in for some chicken littles. The food was great and so was the service and to top it all off Connie was a true sweetheart. Very kind, polite, respectful and great customer service. She's was absolutely amazing and very positive. I will definitely revisit if ever in the area again.

I have never had the worst service in my entire life and been treated so badly. The food was horrible. The lady was absolutely ridiculous. Ridiculously mean to me, yelled at me, smarted off, laughed and waved at me and smirked through The window I had ordered a 16 piece meal that cost me like $80 for my family and children as I’m watching at the window. She is smashing as many pieces of chicken chicken can get down there in one little bucket every time she put a couple pieces in she would smash it down. She done it three or four times and when she come to bring me my food, I said didn’t you have like an extra bucket or box you could’ve put some of that in instead of smoking all that food into you expect me to take $80 worth of food home to my family all smooshed into a little bucket because that’s all we have. I only have one bucket left here. She said no I said well could you add chicken to a box instead of smash it all into a bucket nope you’ll have to wait 20 minutes for that and I said OK I’ll wait and she flipped out on me while I sat and waited and watched and they were mad and it was gross so I won’t be going back there again !!!! If you buy the hours that google says it's wrong. I sat there for 15 minutes at 10:30 and got no answer even though google said they open at 10:30. I called them and they said they don't open until 11am. This is bull crap

Night shift is absolutely terrible. Threw the food on the counter asked for a large fry NO SALT. Got a small fry loaded with salt. Apparently it’s to difficult to do your job.
It's a nice place for a KFC. Fast food great service. A bit cold inside.

This location use to be good. We dined there Sunday around 4:30... The food tasted old, employees were ignoring other customers, watched one walk out.. Dining room was clean and the cashier was the only one that was actually working. Highly disappointed on how this place has went down hill. Teach them not serve cold old food.

Very disappointed....Placed an order for $75 and was missing chicken sandwich. Called in to let them know and they were kinda rude. The chicken was so dry that it could have been from lunch. The mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese both had dried hard spots across the top. The corn was so dried, hard and crunchy that you could hear it when dropped on counter. The French fries are usually a favorite and they were dry and hard as well. Do not waste your money on this location.
