If you’re looking for the absolute worst McDonald’s experience of your life, just pray that Cayden Sadler isn’t on shift. This guy somehow manages to make fast food slower than a fine-dining experience—except without any of the quality. Orders? Always wrong. Attitude? Unbelievably bad. It’s like he actively tries to ruin your day with a side of cold fries.
One time, I waited 20 minutes for a simple burger and fries, only to be handed someone else’s order. When I told Cayden, he just shrugged and said, “Oh well.” Oh well?! The audacity. And don’t even bother asking for extra sauce unless you enjoy being aggressively sighed at.
I swear, if McDonald’s had an award for the least helpful, most miserable employee, Cayden would have won it five times in a row. It’s almost impressive how bad he is at his job. Do yourself a favor—if you see him working, just turn around and go somewhere else. Even gas station food would be a better choice.

I stopped to get a couple of large cokes in drive thru around 8:30 PM. There were two cars in front of me. The first car had a large order and couldn't roll their window down. One of two things SHOULD have happened. The person handing out the order should have asked the car with the large order to pull up to one of the "drive thru" parking spots. OR the person who took my money at the first window could have seen that the first car was taking a long time and could have simply gotten my order for me. Absolutely horrible mismanagement of the situation. I've worked drive thru windows before and I know that situations like this can negatively affect the efficiency time. Makes me want to manage the place myself so that customers can get GOOD service.

I door dash & go all over. Huntington Mcds is by far the worst. They do not greet you when you walk in, they let you stand there for 5+ min with the order done, in sight, sitting on the counter. They leave people standing at the cash register for 5+ minutes until they leave, all while they are walking around talking.

They can never get your food right and you can't even call them to tell them cause they never answer the phone manager won't even talk to you the just keep looking at you while they tell kids what to say and you always have to wait forever to get your food. Huntington Indiana McDonald's is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to

I asked for the ask me made fresh to order they said ok but had a problem with it at first but came back and tried to give me the same mcchickens that they had ready to go do not wat there they're unfriendly and don't treat customers with respect if u have a different made order the manager was the rude one

My impression of the pricing is, I feel the prices are far to high. Mcdonalds is a family establishment. Ment for middle and lower class working families to be able to go out and get a good meal at an affordable price. We'll these days, you will not find an affordable meal at McDonald's. Go there and look at the prices if you doubt me.

Ordered a Krispy Kreme and I guess they must have kid sizes now.... $2.29 for 2 bites, this is so poorly managed. Only costs McDonald's $0.50 cents per doughnut. Then I eat half of it and no Kreme, come on seriously. And don't blame Krispy Kreme, you sell it in your business it's your responsibility to fix it. This is another reason why I don't eat fast food. #1 No Consistency in quality, #2 poorly managed, #3 food/burgers get smaller and smaller, #4 foods dried out from sitting, and #5 the company doesn't care about the customers complaints, no reaching out to fix it, no apologies.
