ordered numerous sauces with my pizza and breadsticks and got none. I called to see about getting the sauces and was told it would be about 20 minutes before I got them. I asked for hot food also since by the time I got the sauces to go with my breadsticks then my breadsticks would be cold. I was then asked if I just wanted the price of the sauces refunded... ummm no, I want my sauces which is why I ordered them. I was told my sauces would be brought to me asap. 30 minutes later I got my sauces to have with my cold breadsticks

My girlfriend works in Markle and we live in Huntington she wanted me to bring her some garlic Parmesan bread sticks and I didn't look at them and just took them to her at work she texted me a picture they were over cooked so I went back to Papa's and one person there said they would make it then the lady came out and said her manager said no unless I brought the old ones back now I'm not driving back to Markle to get them then take new ones back again so they wouldn't remake them

My sincerest thank yous to Mike and Ethan and everyone else whose name I don't know yet. Seriously these folks work hard! They have amazing work ethics and chemistry. Watching them on a busy night while waiting for an order and everyone kept their cool everyone seemed to be working very efficiently and it was really nice to see. Highly recommend!
