I've had great experiences with this place, their submarine sandwiches are the bomb. Never spoke to the people in the store but the food they make is great.

For some reason they can't put mayonnaise on the sandwich but they can give you packets and additional toppings are a little bit too expensive but they do have free delivery within Huntington that's a positive! Elmo's That's located inside a gas station in Roanoke makes really good sandwiches and they put all the condiments & toppings that you want! If you really want a good sandwich I would recommend to go there.

Used to love the pizzas and sandwiches 3-4 years ago. Ordered a few weeks ago and one pizza was great. The other was like a leather Frisbee. Sandwiches were okay. But shrank down so much in size it was pretty sad.

Last time we got pizza it was exactly what I remember from long ago …ooey and gooey, delicious grease pie! Although the price is really high, the yummy pizza made up for it! BUT then we got it last night for my birthday and it was dry, tasteless, and lacking toppings so that made the price really upsetting. I think it must just be hit or miss with this place depending on who is making the pizzas.

Everything I have ever ate from Kermits has been very good. Their meals are home cooked, sub sandwiches are best in the county. Highly recommend as their prices are very affordable compared to other places to eat. Quality meal, excellent service.

Placed an order for delivery, waited for 1 1/2 hours, called to see what was happening with our order and was told they thought it was a carry out. Then she got short with me and hung up! Great customer service! You screw up and blame the customer!
