Friendly staff who make an effort to say hello and chat when they can. Now they have the Clover Press for all “drip” coffees which is awesome- better flavor, always hot. I’ll keep coming back!

Just not my vibe. I'm kind of old school when it comes to my coffee. And my hubby only drinks black coffee. They are never prepared for that kind of order! Lol! To me, their coffee is highly overrated and overpriced.

Staff noticed me waiting to order and due to the line said they would be right with me. I don't think staff members tend to realize how much patience that gives a guest because they know that they are seen and the people are friendly. After a minute they came and took my order with a smile, gave it to me with an upbeat attitude, and told me to have a good day as I walked out the door. Good job with customer service and satisfaction!

I’ve been in this Starbucks before and many others more often than I’d like to admit, lol today 7/26 around 1:40 we walk in on a hot, humid day to get our cool drinks and we get” hello, hello, hello, hello’s” from all 4 employees, whether it was planned an accident or just great timing, I let them know how welcoming that made me feel and thanked them. Great job Huntington!

I ordered some cups online and when I went to pick them up I was told they were out of stock and they couldn’t give me a refund and would have to call customer service.They gave me a customer service number to call and then they said they would have to escalate it higher because it was a “high amount”. It was $25. In the meantime, I drove down the road a few miles to another Starbucks and though they were out of stock too, they provided excellent customer service and let me pick 2 cups to replace them. A shame Huntington couldn’t have offered the same customer service. So now I have to wait 3/5 days for my refund.

I sat in line waiting for my order for over 20 mins while the workers are in there laughing and talking. What kind of place makes people wait this long. This is dumb. I won't be coming back

First of all, why is store closed for a full week? Second, they should put a limit on items ordered at drive through. Last time there someone in front of me had NO idea of what they wanted and they were like….ummmm I’ll take one of those…..ummmm I’ll take one of those until she had ordered over 40.00 worth of products! Very frustrating when the line was held up for over 10 min!

I come here a lot with my dog, I always get really great service. I had a long black hair in my shaken espresso this week… I called and they gave me a new one. It was loooong. But I’ve dropped my peanut butter face down in the sand before, nothing can be worse than that.
They have NO Oat Milk nor will they have any tomorrow. Iced Gingerbread Oat Milk offer starts tomorrow. How can you advertise and offer something that I can’t get?

Waited 30 minutes for a cup of regular coffee - nothing special - with 3 baristas working and a few customers in the store. Only drank 80% of it because the rest was filled with coffee grounds. Disgusting.
