I ordered some cups online and when I went to pick them up I was told they were out of stock and they couldn’t give me a refund and would have to call customer service.They gave me a customer service number to call and then they said they would have to escalate it higher because it was a “high amount”. It was $25. In the meantime, I drove down the road a few miles to another Starbucks and though they were out of stock too, they provided excellent customer service and let me pick 2 cups to replace them. A shame Huntington couldn’t have offered the same customer service. So now I have to wait 3/5 days for my refund.

First of all, why is store closed for a full week? Second, they should put a limit on items ordered at drive through. Last time there someone in front of me had NO idea of what they wanted and they were like….ummmm I’ll take one of those…..ummmm I’ll take one of those until she had ordered over 40.00 worth of products! Very frustrating when the line was held up for over 10 min!

I come here a lot with my dog, I always get really great service. I had a long black hair in my shaken espresso this week… I called and they gave me a new one. It was loooong. But I’ve dropped my peanut butter face down in the sand before, nothing can be worse than that.

Waited 30 minutes for a cup of regular coffee - nothing special - with 3 baristas working and a few customers in the store. Only drank 80% of it because the rest was filled with coffee grounds. Disgusting.

Be warned that they almost never put the lids to the frappes on correctly and then you end up spilling it all over your car, twice. After that 30 minute escapade the frappe is pretty good, what's left of it... The servers are always polite but not putting the lid on correctly should be a crime.

The people in the evening do not know how to make the drinks. They always taste terrible or plain. When asking for extra stuff to put into the drink, it’s never put in, but paid for.
