I waited for 50 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me and I still ended up missing half my food

I don’t like giving negative reviews but this was so poorly handled I thought I was in the twilight zone. Waited an hour and a half in the drive through to never get our food. It’s a drive through where you can’t pull around to leave after waiting forever. They said someone walked out but the girl at the drive through just sat on her phone the entire time not helping kitchen staff (it’s not like she could take orders anyway with the backed up line). After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common pattern. They never gave updates we knocked on the window (after being there over an hour) in which they told us “10 more minutes”. 25 minutes later they said, “do you just want a refund? It’s still going to be a while.” Absolutely blown away that a chicken quesadilla, a chalupa, and two tacos could not be done in all that time. Went to a gas station after to get some snacks since we never got food and the attendant says that this is a pattern with this Taco Bell. Staff have zero ability to handle a situation like a staff member leaving. It’s not like it was one person covering the whole store, they were just too dumb to update consumers and delegate tasks to work more efficiently.

Terrible lousy food extremely long wait times when dining in tables are often dirty And the service is also terrible the staff hardly even knows that you walked in Let alone get someone to take your order

To the team at Huntington Taco Bell,
I visited your location on February 6th between 4:30 and 5:30 PM. I had a frustrating experience where the service was slow, and it seemed like there was a lack of attention to the customers. I waited over an hour for my order, and during that time, I noticed some staff members were not actively helping with the kitchen or the line, instead spending time on their phones and chatting. It really impacted the overall experience, and I ended up feeling like the service was much slower than what you would expect at a fast food restaurant.
I understand that everyone has their moments, but I hope management can take a look at this situation and help ensure the team is working more efficiently, especially during busy hours. I’ve had better experiences at other locations, and I hope this feedback can lead to improvements.

Feb 27, 8pm. Unacceptable quality taco bell location.

Bathrooms (both men and women's) were absolutely destroyed.

Order was crunchwrap supreme, 5 layer burrito (grilled), grilled cheese burrito.

The crunchwrap folded in half when holding one end. A 1/4 of the crunchwrap was only burrito shell, no filling.
5 layer burrito was asked to be grilled, was not grilled, half the burrito had no filling, only shell.
Grilled cheese burrito didn't look like it got grilled at all. Was floppy with no filling as well. Will not be stopping again. Completely disappointed. This is my order at every taco bell, this is the worst made I've ever had it.

6 people working, only 1 making food. Took an hour to get our food. All pop machines were out. All condiments were out and no one refilling them. Just stand around doing nothing. Get charged for 2 large pops and told after they took my money, they only have smalls. No refund on my pops. Basically stole my money.

Tacobell is like a fever dream I ordered ONE chicken quesadilla and 3 soft tacos specifically specifying 3 plain soft tacos and they give me supreme. How hard can it be to get that order right I don’t understand.

Don’t bother going past 9pm. I think they have a problem dealing with customers past a certain time, and this is probably due to the fact that they don’t wanna work late. Unfortunately for them, they end up being the only place open for people who also have to work late.

Every time I get off work thinking I’m going to eat at Taco Bell, I ALWAYS have something go wrong. “sorry sir, half of our menu is out of stock.” And then what they do give you is absolutely wrong. I know for an absolute fact from people who’ve worked there that the staff do not wash their hands frequently. Just be cautious ever expecting anything of value from this place.

Stop giving your family Taco Bell gift cards for the holidays. Stop eating here. Let them fail.
