I called to place an order ahead of time at 6:32pm on a Thursday, and someone answered the phone, groaned and set it down and left it on. I hung up and called back several times and it was “busy.” I finally drove to the store to place an order for my family, and asked the bartender “do you guys just leave the phone off the hook all the time?” And the response I got back from her was “we have to let the kitchen catch up.” It’s currently 7:15pm, and I’m still waiting on my food. 1. Me calling vs me coming in isn’t going to change anything about the kitchen. 2. We don’t just not answer phones cause we’re “a little busy”

Ordered pulled pork Nachos and got a bed of crushed chips and lettuce. Called the restaurant and spoke to the "head bartender" who was in charge and they informed me that it was doordash fault and to contact them. Head Bartender lady, you are pathetic.

I found this story to be incredibly mediocre. My fish and chips were tough as if they were in a microwave and just warmed up and served to me at the table. My strawberry mango margarita was mostly rum on top and strawberry at the bottom. I suppose if I wanted to get drunk really fast I would have just drunk the top. And even though this is colts country, they had the colts game on but the Bengals game was blaring through the loudspeakers. Fortunately Huntington has other choices for next time
