I have loved this place for a long time. I admit I came in early for my order. The displeasure in the faces of every worker was palpable. I feel sorry for the HS employees trying to enter the work force. It took over 20 min for someone who was not front of house to realize my order had been ready. THANK YOU for your presence. The food was dry and cold. So many arguments in the food prep area... yes we can hear you.

The he guy at the counter was rude when we asked to dine in said he had no more table numbers so he had no tables and I looked before we even went To the counter and there was seating so we said (f) it and went to Pizza Hut!

Husband placed the same order he’s made for over 15 years. Gets there and the guy had his order wrong. Like who puts extra cheese on half a pizza? Lmaooo He always orders extra cheese with the pepperoni on top. Simple. Instead of apologizing and offering to remake the order, the kid argues with him. Then goes back and tells the guy in the kitchen that my husband ordered it wrong. Excuse me? 1) my husband did not order it wrong. 2) I don’t care what the issue is, customer service is always first. This generation has no clue. Rude service and won’t be back for awhile .

We ordered 3 pizzas - two 10” and one 16”, and waited about 30-40 minutes before we got them - we were the only ones in the restaurant.
The pizza was OK. Not good enough to come back. The staff were polite, though not terribly charismatic. On a slow night they should have been pretty happy we came in and treated us like VIPs. Not asking or expecting white glove service, but in my experience how you treat the customer makes or breaks the experience. Not once did anyone come by the table and ask how things were going, and when we left almost 2 hours later not an employee could be seen or heard. This place came recommend by a longtime Huntington resident, and I get it - it’s kind of a hole in the wall place, but I was not impressed by anything in our experience save the ice in the fountain drink machine - great ice!

This is a little hole in the wall pizza place. The food was really good, and we were the only ones dinning in. They do not have a wait staff, you order at the counter and they will deliver your food to the table. They have some retro arcade games to play while you wait as well.

I called to order carry out, and was on hold for an extremely long time before I could attempt an order. Then when I go to get my order they didn't even have half of my order started. They tried to give me what part of my order they had complete and acted totally lost when I asked for the rest of my food. Then, after they realized they never even attempted that part of my order they laughed and thought it was no big deal.

The chicken meal was very hot and delicious. For me and my nephew Ashton Kriesher got sub m was very cheesy and bacon. Chicken , it was delicious too we drink two Pepsi medium size at z Place.

Food is great when you get it fresh and when you don't here the "welcome to verizon wireless when trying to call which you get at anytime of the day... I live with about 2 miles away and if I get delivery it is cold every time and the last time every single bit of toppings were slid off the pizza. They don't like when you call in complaints either. They are stand offish and don't really care to here about your bad experience. If they see you call back after your pizza is delivered They will let it go to voicemail if the relize it's you calling after the fact. ONLY DO PICK UP. food is good only reason I gave it 2 stars. Didn't want to do this review but fool me 10 times shame on you right?!
Can't wait for the condescending owner to comment back on the bad review.
