Drove here on a hot Sunday to get ice cream, the lady at the counter told me it wasn't possible to get other flavors on a waffle cone "only vanilla and chocolate". I don't understand why wouldn't u be able to scoop other flavors if I'm already paying for the waffle cone. Complete waste of my time.

Nice, soft serve ice cream. Drive though is pretty fast unless they are being slammed. You can get baby size sundaes if you are weight conscious.

This place sucks. They have always had terrible customer service. Also, they always mess up my ice cream. Just go to DQ on Etna, they’ll give you good ice cream

Spotty service - may wait a while to order at drive-thru
We love Zestos but recently they have had a difficult time getting a simple order correct when going thru the drive thru. This has happened 4-5 times in Fort Wayne and now it just happened at the Huntington location. (The order, small vanilla ice cream in a bowl with cookie dough, sprinkled and whipped cream). Frustrating when paying almost $5 for this item.

It's nice to see a place with soft serve ice cream. Drive through is fast unless they are terribly busy, but they provide very fast service. It's a fun place. You can get a baby size sundae if you are watching your weight.

I usually go there after work almost everyday I've always had a great experience until today I had just pulled up and it was the usual order when you're ready until not even a minute later another girl gets on the drive-thru and tells me that it closes in 10 minutes and my ordering or not it was very rude it didn't give me any time to even look at the menu and people like this teenage girl should not be working at fast food she is very impatient and does not have good customer service I used to work in fast food myself and that was just not a very good way to handle something when you only have 10 minutes left of work bad day or not I should not have been rushed to look at the menu 10 minutes to close or not
