Always a chill and cozy atmosphere with amazing cocktails! Been a fan of their bourbon and rhubarb liqueur for a long time. The bartenders are creative and like to come up with new cocktails to try, so it’s exciting to come back every so often to see what delicious drinks they’ve crafted 😊
They are doing some amazing things. I would say this is one of the best distilleries in Indy. To be fair, I have not been to 8th day, and I will update this if it's not, but it is 100% a great place to visit! The bartender was amazing and had great convos about their process. You can tell the bartender really knew his stuff! I will be back time and time again!
