3 Marias Mex Food Truck

Three Marias Mexican Food Truck attended an event at our office on the HOTTEST day of the year and helped feed 200 + guests! These guys did an awesome job under extreme temperatures and did what they said they would do and showed up when others wouldn't! I only had 6 days before the event before I contacted them because of another vendor dropping at the last minute! I can't praise them enough. And to top it off, their food was amazing! Mucho Gracias Three Marias! We will use you guys again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands Down the Best Quesa Birria in Indianapolis! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this spot absolutely deserves it. The quesa birria here is the best I’ve had in Indianapolis—perfectly crispy tortillas, juicy and flavorful meat, and the consommé? Unmatched. You can tell they care about quality because everything from the meat to the cheese blend is spot-on. Their assortment is solid too—plenty of options, and everything we tried tasted fresh and well-made. Just when I thought it couldn’t get better, the churros showed up. I’m not exaggerating when I say these were the best churros I’ve ever had—crispy outside, soft inside, with just the right amount of cinnamon sugar. Total perfection. The whole experience, from the food to the service, was memorable. Book them for all your events—your guests will thank you. Can’t say enough about this place. If you’re anywhere near Indy, it’s worth the trip.

Just some pics I managed to snap after I ate. I haven’t found any Mexican food that satisfies my Texas raised heart until I had this food truck. Some of the best food I’ve had. Can’t wait to eat from them again!!!
