We got the tenderloin and the smash burger and (truffle fries= overrated) the server refused to let me substitute a slice of habanero ghost pepper cheese for a couple slices of an actual jalapeño which seemed kind of petty and then they are charging 20$ plus per person for lunch and this is the bathroom floor. The place was dead and our server kept disappearing forever having to wait on refills and a family stood in doorway for 15 mins waiting to sit down and there was literally 3 tables busy in this place I'm surprised they waited but the food was good but service and upkeep definitely lacking...

Food was good. Waitress was real nice, ask us several times if we were okay. The bill was around $35 for two people. We ate it outside it was nice.
Good hamburgers. Excellent Brussel sprout side dish. Really fast service. Unsure why it didn't have more customers.

Really wish they'd bring back the funnel cake fries. Please?

'Wake Up San Francisco Burger' with egg added was good except for that sweet relish or whatever it was. Had to scrape that off.
'Okie Smashed Onion Burger' and 'All American Burger' were just burgers. Nothing to write home about, especially for the price.
'Fried Mac & Cheese' were terrible! Just taste like fake procesed cheese powder. Could not even choke down a whole one. Trashed them

Hurts me a little to leave this, but I’m done. This place has specific very good offerings, but the customer service and restaurant quality has nosedived in the last year. Last time I was in I got a snide lecture about the food service industry rather than getting any semblance of customer service. Tonight I got home to discover our order missing sides. That’s after having a genuinely bad beer that was billed as one style but was distinctly wrong.
Skip 317, go to Blind Owl. The food is comparable and they actually seem to value you as a customer, carry out or dine in. I hope this changes, but it will be a long time before we come back to see.

“Grace always provides outstanding service at 317 Burger. She is attentive, friendly, and makes every visit an enjoyable experience. You can tell she truly cares about her customers, always greeting with a smile and positive energy. She definitely makes the place even better, and that’s why I love coming back.”

My husband and I tried this restaurant yesterday for the first time. I had been dying to try it for months! It didn’t disappoint. Alex was our server and she was so sweet, personable, and expedient at her job. The food was delicious, the serve was quick. My husband told me later on that it is his favorite restaurant in Broad Ripple now!

Underrated burger spot. One of few places with a real dart board. Good beer selection. The wings and poutine are gems also
