Food is usually fine. We're local to the neighborhood and eat here a lot. However more recently, service has been terrible. We have attempted to dine in a few times only to be completely ignored by the staff while waiting to be seated. Today, the staff actively avoided having to seat us by turning around and walking around us outside. We will likely stop trying to come back since this is not the first time that this has happened.

Not sure what happened tonight. My friend and I decided to stop in tonight for dinner. The food was not the problem, the customer service was absolutely terrible from the hostess and waiter. The staff completely lacked personality and any sort hospitality. Not to mention, I'm not sure if their AC broke, but it was so incredibly hot that it made eating our burgers so unenjoyable. We barely ate them and just opted to take them home. But we had to wait over a half hour before the waiter even acknowledged our table to get the check, and by that point we were just done and wanted to leave because of how uncomfortably hot it was in there. We seen other tables having the same issue with little being done. The staff didn't acknowledge the long wait, the heat, or even offer to refill our water the whole time we were there and then wonder why everyone was sitting there miserably.

Burgers are great. Fries and tater tots are well cooked. I've not had a burger from 317 that wasn't cooked well. I've not tried anything other than the burger, fries, and tots, so I can't speak to their other items.
They have a gluten-free bun option for their burgers; it's a bit pricey at an additional $2 and tends to fall apart while eating the burger.
The building has character and is clean and the staff is polite.
