The 7Brew on East Street in Indianapolis is my absolute favorite. The staff is awesome. I went there last night ( January 30th) and Jenny (I think is her name) was super sweet and so friendly. I really enjoy my experience, every time I go there. Ya'll rock!

I come to this location and the Beech Grove location frequently on behalf of my wife. She loves the strawberry banana smoothie. However, as of late, especially this last time we ordered which was today 1/7/26, the smoothies were all lacking. I would love to say that they are great everytime, but unfortunately that's not the case these last couple of times. All we get are the smoothies. This time they tasted more like shakes and hardly tasted like strawberry or banana. They were really milky and tasted like vanilla milk with a hint of strawberry. I wasn't going to write this review, because we will still be customers, but I feel like they won't be able to properly improve unless they do get these reviews and feedback. Thanks! Let's do better on the smoothies.

I get the same thing every time I go to 7B and this time my drink was very wrong this has only happened once before I was scolded and told to call next time it happens and theyll make it right well I have been trying to call 8 times so you guys can make it right and I get hung up on after you pick up or it rings until it disconnects I’m just confused on how to fix this issue and get my drink made correctly.

I should have taken a photo of my drink today, but it was amazing as usual! We love going to this 7 brew! They get my special orders right every time--even if I feel like I am sending in too many ingredients. Sooo glad to build my own pumpkin energy drink right now 🥰🥰 and my little guy can enjoy his red white and brew milkshake still! 🤩🤩
