I get the same thing every time I go to 7B and this time my drink was very wrong this has only happened once before I was scolded and told to call next time it happens and theyll make it right well I have been trying to call 8 times so you guys can make it right and I get hung up on after you pick up or it rings until it disconnects I’m just confused on how to fix this issue and get my drink made correctly.

They get my special orders right every time--even if I feel like I am sending in too many ingredients.
