8th Day Distillery is such a hidden gem, and now one of my favorite spots to meet up with friends. Parking is easy, as you can park along the street or in the parking lot. The interior has a cool, industrial vibe. I loved their cocktail menu, as it was creative and everything I tried was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. I can't wait to come back for the new menu!

Friends and family met here for my birthday last night and we had a wonderful time. They have unique cocktails that were awesome. Last night was Acoustic Social night and the musicians played original music... my favorite to support artists! I highly recommend their great service too!

I love how they are always collaborating with local businesses to support the neighborhood. Their location is great as well with plenty of parking nearby and other places to visit on the same trip. Would love to see food options some day to make this a true one-stop shop but if you're looking for great cocktails to share with friends, check out 8th Day!

What a wonderful time at 8th day with my team. We got to come and do a tasting / tour and stayed afterwards for cocktails. Blown away is an understatement! They have wonderful event spaces as well as the main tasting room / bar area. The owners are wonderful and always open to answer questions about processes or just general questions. Another plus is that you can get cocktails to go and sit for live music in the park across the street. HIGHLY recommend to anyone that loves specialty cocktails for a good price. Cannot say enough good things! Thank you for your hospitality

Nice atmosphere. Was a bit concerned at first since this place is located in the middle of an industrial area. Pleasant. Flight was only four pours vs. six to eight at every other place visited this trip.

It was a nice summer day when I went, and they had their garage door open. We sat inside and it was perfect for our large group! They have a variety of drink options ranging anywhere from mocktails to cocktails to boozy slushies.I ordered the banana hammock, which was a rum slushy. It was strong, but refreshing. Their cocktail list was a summer themed menu. There were a variety of different cocktails to order from!
