Can't recommemd this place enough. I had the Halibut and I can't believe how fresh it was and how perfectly it was cooked. I also recommend the Steak Bruschetta. Service was top notch and they have a great wine selection. Perfect date night spot. We'll definitely be back soon!

we had a wonderful evening! the service and food top tier as always! one of our favorite places to go since the 80s!
The food and the atmosphere are what you would want when choosing a place to have dinner with good friends. The menu is extensive and the service is exceptional. Would be nice if there were more parking opportunities.
We went here before seeing Taylor Tomlinson's 930 pm show at Clowes Memorial Hall at Butler. We had plenty of time to enjoy dinner so we started with drinks and appetizers. The calamari was as expected, your typical calamari perfectly fried, crispy and tender. The steak and mushroom bruchetta was different and delicious.
My husband got the shrimp linguine and I got the halibut. Both were perfectly cooked. And a very generous piece of halibut. My pesto risotto was a little under seasoned, but I would rather it under than over. I would like to see parmesan freshly grated at the table, but our server carried a bowl with a spoon to sprinkle parmesan over our plates. And my husband and I declined as you don't usually put parm over seafood. But after tasting my risotto, I asked for some parm on the side to add to the risotto to bring up the salt level. It worked perfectly.
The service was attentive and efficient. The restaurant was busy but we never had to wait. We ordered dessert and the tiramisu was phenomenal, as was the chocolate ball - I forget the name. 😁
This is a gem of a restaurant and convenient for shows at Butler. We plan on returning.

Excellent food, excellent service. A Local business . Cannot expect locally owned businesses to remain open if you don't patronize such places.
Great food, amazing service. We sat in the bar and it was our server Katie's first night. We never would have known. She was amazing. Highly, highly recommend her. We will definitely be back n
There is no such thing as a bad meal at Ambrosia. 40+ years of going there. It's always like going home... if you're Italian... or you want to be for the night. It's a joy.
Amazing experience sitting at the bar. The best, freshest oysters we've had in a long time; just a super friendly staff and atmosphere, we felt right at home! The Pork chop - where do I start? And the Lamb shank is just perfect. Great place, a little pricey and worth every penny!
Have a happy hour at 5-6pm on weekdays. Food is good and atmosphere is intimate and nice for dating.

Service was timely and well done. There were three of us, each of us had a different entree and all three were very good. We shared the goat cheese appetizer and it was excellent.
Great Food! I had the Scallops - Fantastic! Attentive staff! Quiet and a great place for a romantic night out!
My wife and I came here for the first time and had an amazing experience! Our waitress Anna did an excellent job and surprised us with a free dessert and toast. The food was delicious as well and we'll definitely be back soon!
