How does one mess up Chicken Picata this badly?! Chicken was dry and pasta was overcooked. Service was lackluster. Avoid this place!

Visited for the first time this evening and it was fantastic! They had wonderful live music and the food was great. I ordered the Brown Butter Gnocchi and I opted for the Lemon Tortellini soup. Both were extremely flavorful and the portions are large. The complimentary house made bread was fantastic as well. I will definitely return!

Found this diamond while on a girls' trip to Indianapolis! Food was fantastic...I could have licked the skillet of Creamy Tuscan sauce! Service from Julia was excellent. Tiramasu was some of the best we ever had..1 piece DEFINITELY enough to split! Next time Im back on Indianapolis, I will be making a stop..In might even make a special trip from Cincinnati just to come here!!

My husband and I tried Amore for the first time yesterday evening and had a great experience. We ordered the Italian Pork Ribeye and Shrimp Fra Diavolo, and both were excellent. The amount and quality of food you get with your meal makes the price a great value. The service was equally excellent, and it is clear that they really care about their customers’ experience. We will definitely be back!

If I could give this place a thousand stars, I would!
I had the chef’s specialty ribeye and it was incredibly delicious—perfectly cooked and so tender it practically melted in my mouth. I also tried the soup of the day, and once again, it did not disappoint. I’ve been here several times and every single soup I’ve had has been amazing. Seriously, don’t skip the soup—whatever it is, it’s always full of flavor and absolutely worth trying. Highly recommend this spot!

My fiancé and I visited Amore Italian kitchen on a Sunday evening. We did not have reservations. We were seated immediately with no wait. Staff was amazing and very knowledgeable of the menu. They do have a bar. I had a lemon drop and he had a Mojito. We ordered calamari as the appetizer(the peppers are spicy) They were out of the garlic aïoli so I didn’t get to try that, but the marinara was amazing. I ordered the Walleye with angel hair pasta, and he ordered lasagna and added 2 meatballs. The meatballs were pretty big so he really just needed one. We had no room for dessert. Very cozy restaurant. Food taste amazing. I can’t wait to come back

The food here is fantastic! It's a small restaurant and they make most of their items fresh daily. The bread is great and the salad dressing on the house salad is excellent. The pasta is cooked perfectly and the sauces are very fresh and flavorful. They have great seafood, steak, and vegetable options among the traditional Italian favorites. I highly recommend the Italian pork ribeye.

This was our first time and it definitely will not be our last!! It was great from the moment we sat down. From the service to the drinks and food! Old Italian restaurant feeling that we haven’t found, until now. We sat in the bar, and enjoyed the atmosphere. See you soon!
