To start off, the staff were very rude and were acting like I walked into a Panda express, not a fine dining restaurant. The menu is not diverse, the majority of the dishes included italian sausage. Also, the place smelled weird and the kitchen was a mess. If you're looking for a poor experiance and weird vibes, go there.

I haven’t even gotten my entree yet and I am anxious to review. Our waiter, Ryan, is extremely professional and helpful, as is the rest of the staff. His wine recommendation was spot on. Thus far, the appetizer was good but the bread is very fresh. Honestly, the service is so good they could bring me a bowl of Cheerios for my soup entree and I wouldn’t reduce my rating.
Update: My soup was not a bowl of Cheerios. It was chicken and gnocchi and it tasted homemade, in a good way. The Shrimp Fra Diavolo is rich and generous with the heat, again in a good way.

The zuppa (soup) was phenomenal! I had the best chicken piccata ever!
The service was amazing and the atmosphere was very lovely!
The manager was kind enough to ask us about our dining experience and what we had selected from the menu. I look forward to returning for another phenomenal experience!

My daughter and I are began a new adventure - eating A-Z. Tonight was Amore! To be honest our experience was totally made by our server Ryan. He explained all the menu items and emphasized the homemade dressing, sauces, he spent time describing each dish and the favorites...... a great experience. We loved it all! From the Scarpetta app, the 15 ingredient creamy Italian dressing on the house salad, the chicken piccata, and ravioli, as well as the tiramisu. Owned by the same group as AJ (always jamming) next door, and the wine garage in fortville. A great find for our first adventure and the letter A!

When it comes to Italian food, I am VERY picky. My dad, who was from Napoli was a renowned chef in the Chicago-land area and I grew up eating phenomenal Italian food. This place has pretty decent food. It's worth trying. Not the best but it's good. Nothing we had was bad and nothing was exceptional. No complaints. The bread reminded me of olive garden bread sticks, not really into that. Overall a solid 4 stars.

Tiffany was amazing-- let's start there. I enjoyed the Scarpetta, the Shrimp Pesto Pasta, and the Tiramisu. Everything was warm and fresh. The pesto was creamy and held the dish together without making it oily. The scarpetta unique with a bold flavor. 5/5

Had dinner here again at the bar. Gigi our bartender was absolutely fantastic!!! She had the best energy and made our experience even better. The food was amazing as always! We haven’t had anything here that we don’t like. Every thing on the menu is phenomenal and made in house. This place never disappoints! Thank you Gigi for a great dining experience.

As soon as you walk in, you know this place is going to be good. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint. Ryan was our server and he was excellent to say the least! For antipasto we had the Arancini and I highly recommend it. The tomato basil soup and salad was nothing short of excellent. We enjoyed eggplant parmesan and the chicken carbonara. Bread was wonderful with a decadent olive oil to brush it in. Then to wrap things up, we brought home a tiramisu and two cannolis. Magnifico!!!

It was amazing! The food was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. And that bread with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar was the best. My husband and I both had drinks (I had the key lime martini he had the lemoncello), they were yummy and well balanced with the alcohol. Gregory was our server and was on point, friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating. This was our first time visiting, and we will definitely be coming back.
