We go here about once a month and also get takeout fairly often.Last night the food was very good as usual. Service, however seems to be slipping.Waited several minutes for host to appear, then waited again for the server.This is the second time we have had the same waiter, who although he is friendly, constantly apologizes.He just seems flustered. It might help if the host or a bus person could handle filling water and clearing salad plates etc. Maybe they were understaffed… anyway in previous visits service was seamless.Also, I think wine prices have recently increased. Good thing we chose Tuesday. It’s half price wine night!

I visited Amore with friends and it was a great experience food wise. The chicken dishes and the chef specials are the ones to try!Our server made sure we had a great time. Unfortunately someone from the service team dropped oil on my jacket and it has not yet come of. That ruined the experience. Hence have taken 1 star off.The tiramisu was okay but cannolis were awesome.
You can taste the chefs love for the art of creating delectably rich creamy meals..."Amoré!" for sure!! The menu drew me in and the hour we drove was well worth it. I appreciated the ambience once inside the restaurant and it was nice not to have to pay for or find parking like we do in downtown Indy. We tried the Tuscan Mushrooms Bruschetta, (outstanding!) Braised Beef Canneloni (unique, creamy and so unexpected!) and the Carbonara with chicken (also a textured masterpiece)! Each of these dishes had a creamy texture that thouroughly coats the noodles and it was just what I was in the mood for! We even tried dessert, which we normally do not do, and the Turtle Cannoli was devine.Ryan, our charming and attentive server, presented with a very relaxed and inviting personality and informed us everything is made from scratch, simmering these sauces all day... which definitely comes through as we journeyed from the appetizer, to the salad with house made Italian dressing, to the entrées, and dessert! You will find yourself savoring each bite, as you are immersed into another world. They also have a gluten free spaghetti noodle option, for those that need or prefer it. I will definitely return to try the chefs' other creations. And thanks to Ryan for making my birthday special down to creating a non alcoholic drink for me, upon my request, that was as tasteful as it was beautiful!*Menu / pricing always subject to change at owners discretion

We recently went to Amore' for the first time. I have wanted to go there for a long time so we finally went for my birthday. I can't say enough great things about Amore'. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. Our waiter, Ryan, was probably the best we have ever had. He was very friendly, helpful, attentive but we weren't rushed in any way. The food was obviously home made. We had Carmell's Dip appetizer and it is a must have. For dinner, we ordered 4 entrées so we could try several. We knew we would be taking 2 of them home for sure. The one you have to have is the Shrimp Fra Diaolo w/ Alla Vodka. Second best is their Lasagna. Now I will tell you, the servings are large enough you will probably take some home and they reheat great. We are very picky about any restaurant and especially Italian. Amore' was absolutely fantastic in every way. You will not be disappointed. ENJOY!!!

Easily a new favorite! Our server Tiffany took our evening from a "nice dinner at a good restaurant" to "an exceptional experience that we can't wait to try again!". She was engaging but not intrusive, perfectly knowledgeable about the menu (she can just pick our meals from now on- everything she recommended was excellent!), accommodating with requests, kept a great tempo even though we arrived later in the evening- we never had too much food on the table at one time and never felt rushed to move on to the next course. It was truly superior service and she made us feel like we were the only ones at the restaurant even though it was a full house. Perhaps this is just the culture of Amore & all of the staff are this way and, if so, kudos to the owner. But we think Tiffany is something special. Hold onto her, Amore! We'll be back soon.
