Applebee's Grill + Bar

This is my second time eating at this restaurant! The first time was in 2024! The servers are nice and very attentive! The food, desserts and beverages are affordable and delicious too! I had a great experience and I really enjoyed myself! I will definitely be coming back again soon!

When we first arrived, we asked to sit at the bar. The server who was hosting pressured us to sit at a regular table. I had the Fiesta Lime chicken. It was my favorite in the 1990s, but now there is nothing good about it except for the slice of lime. The rice was really old and crunchy. My husband got a burger. It was dry and flavorless. The spinach dip and the chips were way too salty. Our server was not very knowledgeable, and condescending. We haven't been to Applebee's since there were Covid restrictions, so we don't know about the myriad specials and combinations, nor did our server care to explain them. The only good part was the cleanliness of the restaurant, as a bored server was walking around cleaning everything she could find. We never saw a manager.

Aiyana. Ms. Rhonda. Matthew definitely were the dream team at this Applebee's. Aiyana was an EXCELLENT server, very friendly as she met us with a smile and great conversation every time, she was attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and keeping us informed. The food came out fast with great quality. The Tipsy Reindeer hit the spot, which I should've known with Ms. Rhonda behind the bar & Matthew definitely lead a great charge making sure everything ran smoothly!

This was a great Applebees. Definitely one of the best I’ve been to. Everyone we came across was very friendly. Our waiter was great! The food was delicious. I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp and my daughter had the Mac n cheese with honey peppered chicken strips. We both really enjoyed our food.

Terrible service. Given they were short staffed they also were not busy. We were not told there was no bartender so we didn't get our drinks until after our food.

My partner and i had an amazing experience at Applebee’s! Ms. Ronda was exceptional! her service was warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The entire staff was incredibly kind, and the atmosphere was inviting and welcoming. It’s clear they truly care about their guests. Highly recommend!
