Applebee's Grill + Bar

Went to Applebees on 86th ditch in Indianapolis IN - i had terrible service, my partner and I ordered our food at the same time, he got his food and ate all of his and mine never came out. When I asked for it to be boxed up, the below picture is what I received. I ordered the 3 cheese chicken penne, no add ons or substitutions. Applebees, make this right. Food cost too much to not enjoy a date night.

They were great at accommodating our large last minute group. Our server Hannah (I believe that was her name) was so friendly, helpful, and patient!

They added themselves a $10 tip, after I paid and left. Very disappointed and the food wasn’t even good.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. The food was bad, found a hair on it. I felt like the service wasn’t good either, waited 30 mins to get a drink. THEY WEREN’T EVEN BUSY!! I also overheard the manager talk rudely about a customer. Very unprofessional for a manager!!! DID NOT FEEL WELCOMED AT ALL. Terrible management and poor service.

I ordered the neighborhood nachos and received literally a sample size of ground beef, when I called I was told by a manager that’s how the portions come which is not true at all. I was then told to bring the meal back for a refund after having to talk to three different people. If I wanted a refund I wouldn’t have called and would’ve just came back up there…. never ordering from here again

They gave me some trouble with haveing to move from table to table but the food was on par.

So I tried this Applebees twice both times Carside to go. I arrived no one came out to bring the food… lot was empty… waited 15 minutes and called she brought it out…the food was cold both times and the second time I had a salad which made me grossly ill. Just a subpar experience all the way around.

The food was quick hot and delicious the best was our waitress her name is Rhonda she is the best waitress we have ever had very caring concerned polite made sure our drinks were refilled all around great dining experience

This Applebees is the best I only Oder from this one would definitely recommend to everyone of all ages this place is clean , friendly and professional !!! And I have sinned in , take out as well as delivery and all are awesome!!! Thanks Applebees & Team ❤️
