We don’t dine here very often but whenever we have dined in this location everyone has always been so nice. Starting with the host/hostess kindly greeting you and then the waitstaff.

I LOVE Applebee's. But this location is sad.. My wife decided to run to a store while I was waiting for our food so I had time to sit at the bar for a bit. I wasted to order a drink but the bartender was in the back for 5 minutes. She finally came out but seemed annoyed with making my drink. She made it and disappeared back into the back. I didn't see her again before I left 10 minutes later.. I've never felt more unwelcomed. Now for the food.. My Caesar salad barely filled out the container it was in and my 3 appetizers were all crammed into one box. This was the first time we visited this Applebee's and it will definitely be the last time as well. 😔

We had a table of 5 (family visiting from out of town). Our waitress was terrible. She NEVER came back to check on us to see if our food was ok or to refill our drinks. Beverages were full of ice. Wautress DID NOT come back until we were completely done eating. Our cheeseburgers (2 of the 3) were over cooked and completely dried out. The chicken sandwich also was overcooked, dried out and didn't come with the condiments ordered. Food was cold. Food and service was a complete disappointment. It's sad that restaurants/waitresses actually believe they are entitled to 18% and above. We have been disappointed with their take out food on our last four orders. Pendleton Pike is so limited on places to eat it's a shame the ones that are present don't do better.

The chicken is good the beef is good the beer is good the broccoli is good the shrimp is good the Buffalo chicken is yummy the drinks are freezing cold they have a good variety of delicious drinks.

I will be honest with you Applebee’s is Applebee’s lol the food is typically at eight out of 10 or nine out of 10 and the quickness of getting the food out is roughly between 10 to 20 minutes. But this night I walked in went to the bar was not greeted by the white woman who works in the bar who makes terrible drinks seem like she had an attitude or something on her mind, but her service was 100% off and not good at all. I’ve been to Applebee’s numerous of times and I’ve seen her the rest of times and I’ve had her as my server a few times and she’s always had a mixed behavior and professionalism about herself. I am not too highly on her and nor should I have given her a tip because she liked hospitality and good customer service.

Updated review. Husbands bourbon steak was average. Double crunch shrimp was terrible. Very bad breading that fell off of low quality shrimp. So bad no one would eat it. The spinach artichoke was decent.

Left before we even got seated 2 girls were straightening the tables but one girl came by and told us to sit in the waiting area and they will be with us soon there was only one table that had people sitting so they were not busy we waited and waited then left

I placed an order online and signed up for an account. My food was not fresh. I ordered 3 meal deal burger combos. They put everything of what I asked not to on the burgers, they didn't put my sauce on the burger that comes with it. My fries we completely old and I do me not edible. I'm so disappointed. Never ever wrote an Applebee's or even a review to complain about food. This was my worst experience ever. It is 11 at night and we can't even enjoy our food
